Ftp Rakeback Question?

Recommended Posts

I have had a FTP account for a while even though I usually play on AP. Recently I noticed that AP has been charging my CC as a cash advance when I deposit so I'm switching to FTP now. I hear all about all this rakeback stuff. Can I still get a rakeback even though I already have an FTP account? Thanks for any help.

You have to email them about it. They send an email back saying that they will put you on a list. Some people on here have been successful with getting rakeback after being on the list. I've been on the freaking list for almost a year lol.

Geez, have you kept emailing? That seems like way longer than normal.

I've emailed 4 times since August, and I've played on FT a few times a week for like 4 years so they should be nice to me. Should I be annoying and send an email once a week?

When I emailed them, I told them I wouldn't play on their site without rakeback. They put me on the list. I didn't play on their site. A few months later I got an email saying they would give me rakeback. Now I play on their site exclusively.

Yea I would think the stakes you play at matters. If you paid $1,000+ a month in rake I would think they would give you rakeback to get your business.

I only play micro stakes totaling maybe $50 a month and was on the list for about 4 months before being sent a sign up link.

I sent FT this e-mail asking for rakeback:Good Evening, I signed up with FT about 18 months ago, and enjoy playing on the site (despite bad beats, lol), before I knew about referring friends and rakeback. I have heard that if I asked those at support I may hear back from them about getting rakeback. If true, I would really like to be added to a list of those that are in my situation about getting rakeback. Thanks, FT then sent this e-mail back to me:Hi, Thanks for getting in contact with us about rakeback. Although Full Tilt Poker does not offer rakeback directly to players, our preferred affiliate partner RakeBackPros.com offers rakeback to players who sign up through their website with Full Tilt Poker. We’ve sent your player details to RakeBackPros.com and they will be in direct contact with you. If there's anything else we can help you with, please feel free to ask. We're always here to help. Regards, Gearoid Poker Specialist Full Tilt Poker Support Does this mean I'll soon be getting rakeback?

Yeah I got it, but how does it work. Do they send it monthly, weakly, daily? It's 27%. Does that mean if I get raked $1, they then send me 27 cents?

Rake Back Pros sends every Friday around 1 eastern. As for the people sending emails once a week/month/quarter/year...i would just send it daily. It cant hurt. All it will take is for the right support person to answer your email and whalah...rakeback...I also wouldnt play on there well waiting for it. They have no incentive to give you money to make u happy when u are already playing and they could just keep the money. If you signed up through another affiliate w/o rakeback they make u wait 6 months w/o playing b4 they will remove u from them. I dont see why they wouldnt have some sort of similar policies for players w/o affiliates.

I sent an e-mail about 6 months ago saying I wouldn't redeposit if I didn't get rakeback, and they sent me an e-mail telling me I wasn't allowed to play under more than one account and that they were closing the other account. So this time I went positive and they e-mailed within 24 hours giving me the OK.P.S. I didn't have another account, but the username was very similar.

I did the same thing. I e-mailed them about 6 months ago too and they said they put me on the list, but then nothing happened. I decided to try again now just becuase I saw your post. I tried to send a really nice, polite e-mail and I got an answer back in less than a day to give it to me too. It's probably true that it just depends who happens to respond to your e-mail. If you don't have rakeback yet, you should probably just keep e-mailing until they give it to you. It can't hurt anwyays. Also, the first time I e-mailed about it I had been playing there a lot so maybe they figured they have my business already. When I sent this e-mail now, I haven't played there in a few months. Maybe that makes a difference too, I don't know.

I seem to be generating rakeback even though I have not been playing cash lately. It's only nickels and dimes, but what is up with that?

If you're playing tourneys, you'll make something off the tourney vigs.

I'm still trying to get this. I signed up with RakebackPros awhile ago have been sending Tilt emails religiously (nice ones) and am "on the list" supposedly. I think I'm going to start emailing them daily until I get the right support person.I've been playing more cash lately and this rakeback could really help.

Clearing bonus doesn't necessarily put you in the negative. When you are clearing bonus, for every dollar that you clear in bonus, it deducts that from rake paid. So basically you don't get rakeback on the amount of bonus you clear. What does put your rakeback account in the red is using your points for merchandise or tournaments. Store purchases are $5/1000 points from your MGR or $1.35/1000 points ($5*0.27) from your rakeback.
