S7s Traning.....new Class

Recommended Posts

Hey guys, I'm looking for two new students ideally. For those who have read the posts, I apologize in advance for the repetion.......but I just want to get the basics out there again. So training is six months and the cost of tuition is 3k.Training is pretty much open to everyone, and I encourage you to apply even if you think that the tuition is too much for you. I've made exceptions in the past. While I feel that my training and time are both valuable, it is amazing to work with someone who truly wants to succeed.I cover six topics during the trainng period. In addition to that, you are responsible for sending me daily reports and being a part of group chats. One of the great features of training right now is that I have 25+ students who have been through the program. Most/all of them can help you in various ways. Some specialize in nlhe, some in limit games and some in tournaments. But most people are on the same page.I've also come to realize that tournament players can benefit greatly from my training. Not because I have any brilliant advice when it comes to the events. But so many of my friends who play tons of tourneys are having a really hard time dealing with the variance. And I think I can help with that in a lot of ways.Once you graduate you have the option of staying on forever. Most people do, and get advice from me especially during crunch time.A lot of people I know don't think they need training. In some ways I agree because they have become really good, especially at tournaments. But I wouldn't put this service out there unless I feel that you would genuinely improve. So please keep that in mind.If you have any questions, feel free to ask.

Someday I'm going to be able to afford the tuition AND think my head is in the right place to benefit from the instruction. Perhaps six months to a year from now I'll be in that place, but for now I hope you find a couple of good students who can really benefit from what you have to offer. Meanwhile, I'm going to be working on my mental approach and work ethic along with my bankroll.Good luck, and thanks for continuing to offer this.

Can you teach someone not to get bored/tilted with online poker?
Balance/harmony in life in general. And moreover, don't play if you are bored, don't play if you are tilt. My recommendation is if you are bored, but still want to play, go down to a personal micro-stake and try out a game you don't know well or don't play often. It's kind of hypocritical of me to even reply since I have these same problem(s)...but it's getting much better for me. I'm finally starting to realize that the answer to cure boredom playing ISN'T to jump up 1 or 2 stake levels to "infuse a bigger sense of interest"....it's to log off and come back on at my standard level when my mind wants to play......and back on topic.....I'm new here, but it sounds like this is the creme de la creme of offers in and around this board. If I had the time and true desire to make poker a big-ish money venture I'd be all over this. Alas, I currently don't, and I'm pretty sure it would strain my marriage if I was not only spending most nights playing cards online, but then chatting ABOUT cards online/phone/etc. :)G/L whomever takes on!!!

I thought you quit poker to be an actor/comedian? :)Mark
I certainly am not playing as many hours as I used to Marky Mark. I've learned to balance my life much more. But I still play and I still teach.
