You gotta be eating tons of mixed wild/brown rice... Beans... Oatmeal... (do you drink skim milk?) Just remember it is calories in, calories out. It doesn't matter what you eat or how much of it you eat as long as you burn it off.I am guessing that its harder for you to build muscle because you are most likely an Ectomorph. So if you really want to bulk up just get your hands on a load of protein powder (Natural, expensive Whey protein Isolate) I don't use it because I'm a mesomorph.The most important thing I wanted to say though, is that you should seriously start the PX90 workout...You don't have to go to a gym, you don't need anything fancy. It's primarily just a workout involving using your own body weight and dumbbells. The results are incredible and if you are hardcore and serious about it, you will see fast results... The only thing I know is that PX90 worked for me! thats a great recommnedation talanarI am skinny... super skinny better said. Tried all what you can imagine to build up, but the only thing that really worked was PX90, which btw I did not even buy, I found it somewhere on the web to download for free 45 days ago, I stopped practicing PX90 just to see the change back to skinny mode. strappazon 0 Posted March 30, 2009 Share Posted March 30, 2009 Wanna get bigger ? - Eat a lot of carbs like, brow rice, oats, vegetable, etc...- Eat at least 2.5 grs of protein per kilogramm of bodyweight.- Have all you fats from Olive oil, fatty fishes, avocados and organic peanuts, almonds, etc...- Train at least 3 times a week, each body part once a week except abs (2-3 times a week).- Right after your workout drink a shake (protein powder + fast sugar).- eat 5-6 small meals a day rather than 2-3 big meals. - SLEEP AT LEAST 8 HRS A DAY : you don't build muscle while you're training but when you're resting = sleep + day offs)- Lift heavy weight for 8-10 reps.I've started to train at 59 kg, i now weight 73 kg (i'm 57) and my bodyfat percentage is lower than before.There's some great website if you look for advice : www.bodybuilding.com.
