I play this cautiously. By my count you have a 12-card straight draw, with no flush redraws, and not all of your outs are nut outs (a 9 puts a higher straight on the board). Sets and better draws are going to be looking to get it in here and you don't stack up well against those. I call the flop and fold if there is action behind.
