digitalmonkey 929
* Bill Guerin was scratched just prior to tonights game. I say he's as good as traded.* The Bruins are reportedly after Chris Pronger or Tomas Kaberle. * Derek Morris is done in Phoenix and will be dealt soon.* According to Hot Stove...the Leafs had an offer for Ian White today and turned it down.* Nick Boynton got into a fight with his coach. Bye Bye Boynton.*********************TRACKER*********************Here's some names off the top of my head of players who are either rumoured to be on the move or I think may be on the move...Boston Patrice BergeronPhil KesselMark StuartJoe ColbourneManny FernandezWashington Tomas Fleischman New JerseyNiklas BergforsMatthew Corrente PhiladelphiaJames Van RiemsdykMatt CarleJoffrey Lupul MontrealChris HigginsP. WestcoastCanuck 0
Apparently Morris asked to be scratched to protect his value. I'm not sure I would want him on my team after that...

Seems like a lot to give up to me. Plus we don't have that much cap room as it is..

digitalmonkey 929
Andy Strickland (from Hockeybuzz, but 1000% more credible than Eklund) was texted by Guerin. Apparently Guerin has been (almost) traded to an Eastern Conference team that is NOT NJ or Boston. Eklund has also added that it is not Philly (so it's probably Philly). Eklund has also stated that Washington, Buffalo and Pittsburgh are all possible. He is a genius! According to Strickland, Guerin will know more in the morning.
digitalmonkey 929
Apparently Morris asked to be scratched to protect his value. I'm not sure I would want him on my team after that...The Phoenix announcers are saying it was mutually agreed upon. That makes sense because Phoenix wouldn't get much for him if he was injured. Zach6668 513
I can't imagine trading Kessel. Bergeron could maybe use a change of scenery. Him and Sid had huge chemistry in that one international tournament that one time.I was watching the Bruins game today, and Kessel wasn't even on the first PP unit, what's up with that? serge 904
After listening to Burke talk about Kaberle I am convinced it will be difficult trading him...He wants a first round pick, a prospect and a roster player.I am not sure if I want Kaberle gone...He can be still part of the team going forwardAnd Dale, good job with the thread... The only problem may be whether or not there's a fit with one of the teams on Kaberle's list.
gruven 530
I think he can get that for Kaberle. The only problem may be whether or not there's a fit with one of the teams on Kaberle's list.Boston. And, FWIW, Burke is losing his MIND with this winning streak. They gave Cujo the start to put a halt to the winning streak.... LOL

LOLNo matter what he may think, any guy with competitive juices is happy to see his team win..The players are very happy..Wilson was going crazy behind the bench after the OT win, so I KNOW he wants to win. They are building a system in Toronto and it doesnt hurt to win...I have always said retool and instead of rebuild..We will see..Here is my predictions about the Leafs and the trade deadline. The Leafs will trade Antropov, Moore, Mayers and possibly Pony..I am confident that Kaberle and Kubina arent going..IMO....Players like Kaberle dont grow on trees..He is an all star and still fairly young..I would actually extend him. You need guys like Kaberle and Kubina as a part of the Retooling process IMO...I also heard today that depending on where we finish may look to trade up in the draft. gruven 530
I wonder if either side would do..Bergeron and ColbourneFORKaberleI think there would have to be picks involved for Toronto to move Kaberle. DEFINATELY picks if you're going to ship an often injured player like Bergeron...
Zach6668 513
You can add Havlat for Chicago, isn't he rumoured to be moved?Koistinen for NAS too, will probably be dealt. Sure hope so, I have him and Klein in the FCHL, both RFAs.

WestcoastCanuck 0
I have heard Kessel's name in a few places, but how could the Bruins deal him? I guess he is at his peak value.

Speed Limit 0
I don't think Boynton is going unless we get a returning defenseman somewhere in the works. Noah Welch isn't going to cut it.
Speed Limit 0
Guerin's destination is rumoured to be Washington.I'm sure you've seen this, so this is prob for others haha. But Strickland comes in with this, " Hockey Night In Canada is reporting Guerin is headed to Washington. My sourse says that is inaccurate."
strategy 4
I don't really understand why anyone would want dominic moore. I guess there are suckers in the market?by the way, he's available in the FCHL for the right price, if you're in the market to be a huge sucker.

I would like him on the Canucks 3rd line.how often is it that someone legitimately discovers untapped NHL-caliber offensive potential at age 28?I mean, 41 points in 63 games is nothing to sneeze at here. is that a fluke? grocery_mony 8
I heard there at the end of the hot stove that Colarado has to cut payroll. Are they really in bad shape finnacially? 12 years of nothing but sellouts you think they would be in fine shape for a recession.
