OK I went ahead and created the first 10 weeks tournaments on Poker Stars. Couldn't create Game 11 yet since its over 90 days out, but will create that in 3 days and will post that info when available. Here is the info:Game 1 - Feb 8th - 7PM EST - Tourny #136246876Game 2 - Feb 15th - 7PM EST - Tourny #136247374Game 3 - Feb 22nd - 7PM EST - Tourny #136248791Game 4 - Mar 1st - 7PM EST - Tourny #136248016Game 5 - Mar 8th - 7PM EST - Tourny #136248381Game 6 - Mar 15th - 7PM EST - Tourny #136248992Game 7 - Mar 22nd - 7PM EST - Tourny #136249208Game 8 - Mar 29th - 7PM EST - Tourny #136249432Game 9 - Apr 5th - 7PM EST - Tourny #136249673Game 10 - Apr 19th - 7PM EST - Tourny #136249858I personally went ahead and registered for all the tournaments and recommend everyone that is playing go ahead and preregister for all the tournaments so you dont accidentally forget one day and the prize pool gets messed up.I will be sending everyone that has paid the full $55 or $110 the password via private message here in the next little bit and will do the same for the rest of the entrants as soon as I receive the initial $55 from each person. It is obviously very important that you do not give out the password as there is no way I can manually unregister anyone who shouldnt be playing in the tournament. We should have all 40 people registered for all 40 tournaments every single game.Still 7 spots open.

OK I have sobered up and this was not as hard as I was making it out to be.Basically there are two matrixes, one for each seat since the first seat is keeping a larger percentage of their win than the 2nd seat is.I am going to get this online sometime this evening, but here is an example of how it will look.Basically the seats do not get any pieces of each other. First seat gets 70% of their win and the other 30% is spread between 3rd - 40th spot and the second seat gets to keep 60% of their win and the other 40% is spread between 3rd - 40th spot.Here is what the math looks like when broken down ....Finish | 1st Seat | 2nd Seat1 | 70.00% | 0.00%2 | 0.00% | 60.00%3 | 3.00% | 5.00%4 | 2.25% | 4.00%5 | 2.00% | 3.50%6 | 1.75% | 3.00%7 | 1.50% | 2.50%8 | 1.25% | 2.00%9 | 1.25% | 1.75%10 | 1.25% | 1.50%11 | 1.00% | 1.25%12 | 1.00% | 1.25%13 | 1.00% | 1.00%14 | 0.75% | 1.00%15 | 0.75% | 1.00%16 | 0.75% | 0.75%17 | 0.75% | 0.75%18 | 0.75% | 0.75%19 | 0.75% | 0.75%20 | 0.75% | 0.75%21 | 0.50% | 0.50%22 | 0.50% | 0.50%23 | 0.50% | 0.50%24 | 0.50% | 0.50%25 | 0.50% | 0.50%26 | 0.50% | 0.50%27 | 0.50% | 0.50%28 | 0.50% | 0.50%29 | 0.50% | 0.50%30 | 0.50% | 0.50%31 | 0.25% | 0.25%32 | 0.25% | 0.25%33 | 0.25% | 0.25%34 | 0.25% | 0.25%35 | 0.25% | 0.25%36 | 0.25% | 0.25%37 | 0.25% | 0.25%38 | 0.25% | 0.25%39 | 0.25% | 0.25%40 | 0.25% | 0.25%So under this scenario if both seat 1 and seat 2 cashes they keep their respective 70% and 60% and for example the 9th place over all winner would get 1.25% of seat 1's cash and 1.75% of seat 2s cash.Need to get everyone that has signed up to transfer their $55 and we still have about 10 spots open. I would like to have this buttoned up by the middle of the week so I can go ahead and get the tournaments created and get the passwords to everyone.I will go ahead and create all 11 tournaments and will make the recommendation that everyone involved goes ahead and registered for all 11 in advance (assuming it doesnt do something silly like only allow registration 24 hours in advance). This way no one will forget one week.

Was thinking about the % that people get in this league. Lets be honest, .25 or .50% really aint worth much, unless we are talking about winning the main event or taking down 2nd or 3rd in that. I guess first place in the first 1500nl of the series is around 700k, and .25% would be a nice piece then. Around 1k is what i figure after taxes. But if u go deep and say finish in 11th for 25k, .25% is only 43bux with my shitty math. Seems like such a good result (11place) for such a shitty return (45bux on 110investment)So i would suggest making the payouts to the other league members higher, so they really can get a nice score. HOwever, I would not suggest dropping the % that the horses recieve of their own score from 70 and 60, which is already low enough. What if we only gave the top 15 players a piece of the horses? (two qualifiers plus next ten plus 3wildcards from a league ending freeroll) Still giving them 30% and 40% of the horses, their share would be berry nice now. The problem arises, when people are out of top twelve contention near the end of the contest, do they still show up, sign up, play legit, etc?Well here is my solution to that. AFter the league concludes, people that finish in 13th-40th place, will then play a 28person Double Stack, longer blinds structure if possible, freeroll tournament, where the top 3 then become people 13-15th to recieve a piece. THis way the pieces we recieve are bigger, and everyone has a legit shot to get a piece.

OK, so say the stakee wins it all. The very bottom feeder of the entire pool makes like 10x their money, right?Where else do you get that deal?

I looked up some of last years prize pools. The largest $1500 tourney paid the winner $830K and min cash was $2950. I think there were two that paid the winner a little less than $200K, with the majority of them in the $400k (+/- $100K) range. So if the FCP hero won the largest one last year, he'd keep $581k and the low man here would get $622.50. However should he min cash for $2950, the low man on the totem pole here would get $2.21 but BRAGGIN RIGHTS, DAMMIT! lol

I understand what you are saying, I really do, but I'm going to leave this one where everyone gets a piece. My goal for this tourny was not to make a bunch of people rich. It was allow someone to have an opportunity to play in the World Series of Poker for only $110. The stake % part is meant to A) keep people involved yes but B) meant to be a very fun rail. If someone happens to make a grand off a horse then thats pretty awesome, but even if someone makes $20 hopefully they had fun playing the 11 tournaments and being able to rail their horse.Again, this was my first attempt at doing something like this and it was fairly quickly thrown together, but there is never any way to make everyone completely happy with a thing like this.

I would also like to play but understand everything about not knowing the posters. If there is still a spot open towards the end, I'll take it. I could send half now (the $55) and register in all the tourney's with my deposit and send the other half after the deposit clears. (And if by some miracle I win, I'll sign a contract). Again, all the regular posters make complete sense and I'm just posting my interest if there is a spot available before it starts.NandoGonna deposit now just in case. Cheers!

kobe2odom8 had to step down cause wont be able to make as many events as originally thought8 spots still openi would like to have all of these spots filled and initial $55 paid for by Wednesday January 28th.Looks like 12 - 13 people already registered for every event, good stuff.Ideal world would have all 40 people registered for every event before we start on the 8thIf we dont feel the 8 spots with people we are comfortable with we will look at either having other people pay the full $110 to get to 40 or possibly reduce the travel expenses or work something out everyone agrees with. Even with the 32 spots filled we could give 2 seats plus $260 ea travel money. Each additional person just gets closer the the $700 ea travel money.I feel pretty good we will get the next 8 people though.
