Start A Franchise With One Player

Be careful, Larry Fitzgerald will strike your team down if he so chooses.
FYP. Kurt Warner just happens to be fortunate enough to be the QB throwing the ball to him.But seriously, I would not be starting a franchise with a QB that has 2, MAYBE 3 seasons worth of starting left in him.

First off, get the fuck out of here with that "its all Larry FitzGerald" bullshit. Because thats what it is, bullshit. Kurt Waner makes Larry Fitzgerald. Plain and simple. Black and White. Easy as that. Larry will be out of the league five minutes after Warner ascends into heaven, guarenteed. Warners pocket presence and touch are what make Fitzgerald possible. Replace Fitzgerald with any reciever in the nfl and Warner will make a God out of him as well. And Kurt "The Immortal" Warner will be playing for at least the next ten years. Guy is a fucking stallion. A purebred of royal lineage. Guy will be slinging TD passes when my unborn kids are in college probably. So you're just plain wrong on that one. I'd start my franchise with Kurt any day of the week. And so would anyone else who knows anything about football, about life, and about liberty. Because if you dont understand Kurt Warner, you dont understand freedom.GOOD DAY.

That's right.

I LOL'd while reading this, well played sir. Obviously I was not being serious about Fitz, but the year he is having is absolutely insane. This is not Kurt's first rodeo obviously, and he is playing absolutely great right now. You cannot say that he is the Greatest Show on Turf since the Cardinals play on a natural grass field, but he is playing at an equal if not greater level to those days. That being said, I would not pick him as the first player for my franchise.

Well, yea, what do you know anyway? You're a Ravens fan after all.

It would have been nice if Ed Reed would have played yesterday to compare him to Troy.Oh, Reed did play? That's right, I saw Holmes dive past him for a TD! hahaAs for the topic, such a tough call, but I would go with a Oline as well.

I would go with Ed Reed or Patrick Willis. All of you arguing how important O-Line and D-Line are are right, but this is what you would START the franchise with. You don't need to start with the O and D Line to eventually get a good one. I would probably complete my O and D Line pretty fast if I went through every round, but I wouldn't start with it when I could get someone like Reed or Willis.
