Recommended Posts

Figures..........I went ahead and reg'd because it was filling up so fast. Then I satty in LOL (not so hidden brag there!) The 2.20 satty is rediculously stupidly simple.
They are running 1 $1 hyperturbo every minute for about 2 hours before it starts....I plan to play quite a large percentage of themYou could unreg - use the 11 t$ you got from the satty to rereg - if you need $11 free for the LL

Won't work. I had a mere $5 online and deposited. So unless I can transfer T$, it won't let me transfer anything out of that deposit for 10 days. Or at least that's the way it was the last time I deposited using Echeck. Stupid Visa wouldn't go through. And did ya'll cancel the draft? Dammit, I was looking forward to the team rivalries!!!

There are many sites that will buy T$ at like 90% or something? Maybe it's better than that, but I know you can trade T$ for cash pretty easily. Plus, there's a ton of tourney players on FCP would would probably trade cash for T$ straight up.I don't see why you wouldn't be able to make a transfer depending on when you deposited. Weird.

It must be something particular with the Echeck thing. I know that's the only way I can deposit now and the last time I deposited (6 months or so ago) it wouldn't let me transfer anything out of that deposit until it had totally cleared and just as the pop up warned, it took exactly 10 days. I think I've seen someone else post about that in the last couple weeks. I've never tried to do anything with T$, so I may check out that option.

Honestly, if it's a problem and you can't transfer for a LL but would like to, I'd simply email pokerstars. I don't see any reason why they wouldn't change your account to allow you to make a transfer. Just give them the 411 on what you're doing a transfer for, and I think they'll help you out.

I see as part of this Guiness World Record week Pokerstars are also running the biggest sngs that they have ever done, 10000 players at a time. It seems a bit of an oxymoron though calling them a "sit and go" as you pay, sit and wait a few hours before your first hand!

yeah its a bit weird, the The tourney lobby says max 35K players with $500K gtd prize pool, if they let more than 35K players in we are getting short changed with the promised overlay.currently 35030 players registered with 26 hours to go, I'm guessing they with unregister people just before it starts to ensure no more than 35000 players are in.I think they could get well over 50,000 players in a tourney like this if they promised $100K overlay.I'm already registered by the way, hope not too many FCPers missed out.

I missed out and I already emailed suppot.--------------------------------------------------------------------------------------Hello Matt, Thank you for contacting us regarding the record-breaking tournament onDecember 28th. Interest in this tournament has surpassed even our lofty expectations, and the tournament is currently filled to capacity. In fact, it isoverfilled at the moment, with more than 35,000 players registered. Management is currently discussing whether or not to increase the cap onthe tournament to 40,000 players. While this decision is being made, those who have already qualified are being left in the tournament. Ifthe decision is reached that the cap cannot be raised, then thetournament will be trimmed down to 35,000 entrants, starting with thelast player to qualify and working backwards. In the meantime, satellites to the 'Guiness World Record Attempt [$500kgtd!]' tournament have been closed. If the cap is raised to 40,000players, satellites will resume as soon as possible. Regards, Alberto G.PokerStars Support Team-----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------So maybe if everyone who isn't already registered emailed them it'll pressure them to increase the cap.
