Can you explain this..I am confused..I thought you can rebuy when you are more than 15% behind the leader..

Here's what I came up with:8. Unlimited rebuys are permitted before the All-Star break but only if your stack is 15% or less than the leading stack. During the All-Star break everyone will be permitted the opportunity to rebuy once. Anyone see anything that should/could be changed? Comments? I'd like few more people. Serge, can people send you the money?

To me, that would mean you have to have 15% of the leader's stack OR LESS to rebuy.So if leader had 1k, anyone at or below 150 could reload.
