Man_With_An_Axe 0 Posted April 19, 2006 Share Posted April 19, 2006 still untouchable in techmo super bowl for the original nintendo.....seriously i still to this day log in at least ten games a week. except now i am so good i will play anyone and pick my team totally blind.i can also kick some *** in tiger woods for xbox. dont really like the play station version because there power button sucksSuper Techmo Bowl - you know I'm good 'cause I pick the Indianapolis Colts, and still get 15+ sacks/game with Harvey "The Rabbit" Armstrong...Man, just thinking about that game brings back high-school memories... Beer, Basements and Blowing into that game console to get the thing to work.Oh - and Halo 2, but c'mon - everyone knows someone who's good at that game... I have never lost a game of clue master detective or risk either.I'll open the tetris debate back up. Which version were you guys playing? I used to get ****ed up and hustle kids at parties at Twoods04. I had a whole act, with friends and everything. Also, nobody has ever beaten me at Dr. Mario. Yes, even blackout drunk hustling. I was hanging out with my (now ex)girlfriend and some friends at a bar one night, and next thing I know I'm regaining conciousness on somebody's porch, and I've got a wad of 20s in my pocket, and 100 missed calls from the biatch. Turns out I got blackout drunk, started arguing with some bar patrons about who was the best Dr. Mario player, and offered 2-1 odds for any amount of money against anyone, with the caveat that we play at least 15 times. I ditched the (you can see why she's an ex)girlfriend, and won like 500 bucks playing Dr. Mario. According to the guys I took.I slept on their porch, and apologized in the morning. They would hear none of it, and demanded I keep the money. Told me I was the greatest Dr. Mario player they'd ever seen, and we're good friends.Icehaha was this you wang? it sounds like a wang story. WhiskyRiver 0 Posted April 19, 2006 Share Posted April 19, 2006 A few observations:People who are "masters" of Goldeneye suffer from the analagous poker home game syndrome, i.e. you may be the best in your home game, but that doesn't show how well you do against others. I was the best at goldeneye amongst my friends, I kicked their tails. But I have no idea how I would fair against others.I was always big on breaking time barriers. I spent god knows how long on the very first track in Mario Cart, and I think I managed to get down to :58. I can also beat the original Mario in 12:30 (warping, of course). I honestly am not sure if you can get any quicker than that.Warcraft II. I was excellent at that game. Can't find a game anymore. Link to post Share on other sites
