bull62 0
Used it once and won 2.5BI, getting off a significant downswing. It's a run good tracker!Any tips/ideas of important parts of the functionality I should look at?LOL. I lost 4 bi the first time I used it. Got some back today though. It's definitely more powerful than PT3. It's just a matter of finding all the cool shit it can do.I'm enjoying the pop-ups. Knowing a 45/28 plays 12/10 utg is valuable information. Fade2241 0
How do the poker sites (PS, FTP) feel about people using programs like this? I've never used a program that assisted me like this and i've still done okay in cash games but i will consider it if this program is that good. I've just always felt dirty knowing more information about a player that i otherwise wouldn't, lol.
psujohn 0
HEM, PT3 and the like are officially allowed by the sites. Just beware datamining and/or importing hands you didn't actually play yourself (ie from a HH database).Depending on what levels you play and how many tables you play you can live without it. But for the small to mid-stakes you can assume that any reg will be running a HUD and therefor he'll have this info on you.
navybuttons 15
i'm having trouble with the HH auto import.has anyone else had this sort of trouble? if i don't get many responses and you're a HEM wiz then i'll definitely be willing to pay for your help in this regard.
psujohn 0
You're more likely to get help if you explain what kind of problem your having and with what sites. Also look at the HEM forums and post your problem there. They seem to have semi-decent support via the forum.

Yea I play a bit of $2/4 and $3/6 LHE and $4 180's, etc. It sounds like all the regs will have HEM so it sounds like I need to get it. You have to set stars to save your hand histories tho, right? I'll mess with this when I get home from work..the program sounds like it's worth the money.
Gallo 1
A few questions:1. Is this good for tournies?2. I noticed that it says up to $22 buy-ins for tournies, this would include the $24 buy-in tournies on FTP would it?

Dirtydutch 8
They emailed me around 11:30am. In my head I was working out all the crazy ways I'd get revenge if they tried to screw me. I nice way to describe my condition is that I have an inherent distrust of people and an overactive imagination. I'd confirm that I love it, but this is no surprise; I've used it in the past and felt this way.
silkyjonson 1
Ok I'm thinking about giving this a try I play tournaments and Omaha8 cash games pretty much exclusively is it worth while for me? Is there another program that I can use for Omaha8? How is deuces cracked for tourny videos? I'm going to get subscription to a training site and some software any suggestions would be much appreciated.
psujohn 0
Well it's already been covered that HEM is less useful for tournaments. And it doesn't support any games other than Hold'em. Pretty confusing that they named it Hold'em Manager I know. And DC pretty much doesn't have any MTT vids. Like 3 or 4 maybe. They're almost entirely about cash games.
babylondonks 5
Just for those sitting on the fence about this program, since I've downloaded it I've won 12BI, or more than double the cost of it. At one stage over 800 or so hands my WTSD% was 40 and W$SD% was 65. Basically that I'm going to showdown 40% of hands dealt and I'm winning 2/3 of them. Weeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee
qyayqi 11
they also have tournament manager. is this the better choice for someone who plays mostly sngs/mtts?
checkymcfold 0
can someone tell me how to make the stat "bets if in position and it checks to him on the flop"?I WILL PAY 5 WONDERFUL AMERICAN DOLLARS TO ANYONE WHO CAN MAKE THIS STAT.
JaNnN 0
For some reason HM stopt working for me and I never got it working again. I postd on the forums over there and one of the admins sceduled an appointment to use teamviewer so he could see my comp.He was browsing my computer and really new what he was doing but could'nt find the problem (I prob have to install windows again).Since it was a really weird occurance they refunded my 80 bucks with no problem. Really good personal help.A+
no not baxter 0
Part of the reason I havent played too many cash games this year is cuz I could never get poker tracker working right, and when I did it would work right for like 3 days and thne something else would be screwed up with it.. I downloaded holdem manager and within minutes it worked fine for me.. I suck when it comes to computer related stuff and it relieved a alot of stress when it fired up right away for me.. ALso, the winnings graphs, leak finders.. etc.. is so incredibly awesome.. I know this sounds like a sales pitch, but I cant believe more people dont know about HEM.. Its worth a try at least.. seriously.huh? who doesnt know about it?
wisky_VI 0
I've had it for about a week and there's some issues that I need to get resolved. seems to be eating up my resources, maybe a conflict between that and my norton. hopefully I can get it squared away and running properly soon.
