It was easy to tell you had a big hand, but i don't see how he doesn't move in there, only two hands beat him. There are some players who play these stakes that are actually good players. Maybe he didn't move in just incase you did in fact have him beat, that way he's still has chips left.He does beat many of the hands in your range, assuming you are a competent player your hand range should be 22,99,J9,QQ,QJ. I doubt you would raise there with AJ, so i think that unless he has a read on you, he should have shipped it.

first of all i think u both played ur hands really bad..QJ even in posi is not a hand u wanna flat some1, calling the flop is alright but u both checking the turn is horrible and u wanna raise him more on the river. he should probably raise u back especially at these stakes but and that u both checked the turn he underrepresnted ur hands.. in a 4$ tournament he should get his money in the middle in this spot
