This has been the most consistent, and fun way to build my BR, by FAR.I felt seriously outplayed in that one that I lost though. I plan to post a replay of that one in the tournament forum. I also got a lucky beat in my 9th, but that was the only one that felt "illegitimate." (AJ > AQ AIPF, whoops)Just felt like bragging a little! :)I do have a question though: my bankroll is at $42.46...when should I move up? I really like the look of those deepstack/no blind increase tournaments. I bet I could improve my play alot in those, but I'm sure my BR needs to be bigger. Also, what's the best way to invest 42 FPP? bdc30 0
You wish they had a cool promotion? Last I heard the guy who wins gets to take the money. Seems like a cool promotion to me.
savagerebel 0
You should def not move up yet. HU SNGs are very high in variance. While you are on a good streak right now it could turn the other way times 2 on you tomorrow. Cross your fingers that it doesn't. They are a good way to learn HU fast. Learn there then move to some bigger SNGs and you can crush them for the bigger money when you get HU there.
chgocubs99 0
I'll side bet that of your next 10 that you play, you win six or less.
jmbreslin 0
I played the best $2.20 HU SnG of my life last week. Five minutes into the game the guy says he has to go, starts pushing his chips in and typing what he's holding into the chatbox. Didn't trust him at first so I folded my junk, but then he showed me his cards each time and he wasn't lying. Easiest HU victory ever! Funny thing was it took longer than it should have because he kept getting good cards and I kept having to fold junk.
wakiki 0
What I love about these is how I actually can play creative poker to win. In one of the more memorable hands, I had nothing and a dangerous card that made a straight/flush hit. The guy checks me, and I made a pot sized bet (I normally make smaller bets) and the guy complains into the chatbox that he has two pair, and folds. Glee!! You should def not move up yet. So I'm guessing that playing weekends is the worst, followed by playing at night, and playing during a weekday would be the best. How do you guys spend your FPPs? I don't see people talking about this very much.

I had a winning streak of 12 at $30 and $50 combined and over the next 30 lost 22 of them.

wakiki 0
I'll side bet that of your next 10 that you play, you win six or less. You would have won that bet if I had taken you up on it. I just finished my next set of 10, and won only 6 of them.:(Unfortunately, I faced several calling stations and never caught any cards. I kept trying to bluff them and they would call be down with mid pair -- ouch. By the time I realized they were calling stations I was far behind.
