Over the last few weeks I am down several thousand. I cashed out some money, could be the cause of all this. And I keep going into it with a positive attitude, know I'm playing well but then WHAM! These are my bust out hands after 10 straight SNG's last night of not making the money. I didn't break anything but I quit way earlier than I planned. These are just a few of the bust out hands. There were some that just crippled me and I didn't include those.HAND 1: Very FIRST hand of the tournamentPokerStars No-Limit Hold'em, 20.00 BB (9 handed) - Poker-Stars Converter Tool from FlopTurnRiver.comButton (1500.00)SB (1500.00)Hero (BB) (1500.00)UTG (1500.00)UTG+1 (1500.00)MP1 (1500.00)MP2 (1500.00)MP3 (1500.00)CO (1500.00)Preflop: Hero is BB with Kspade.gif, Kdiamond.gif4 folds, MP3 raises to 40.00, CO raises to 120.00, 2 folds, Hero raises to 360.00, 1 fold, CO raises to 1500.00 (All-In), Hero calls 1140.00 (All-In)Flop: (3050.00) Aspade.gif, 3spade.gif, Jheart.gif(2 players, 2 all-in)Turn: (3050.00) 8spade.gif(2 players, 2 all-in)River: (3050.00) 5heart.gif(2 players, 2 all-in)Total pot: 3050.00 | Rake: 0.00Results in white below: Hero had Kspade.gif, Kdiamond.gif (one pair, Kings)CO had Jdiamond.gif, Jclub.gif (three of a kind, Jacks)Outcome: CO won 3050.00HAND 2: Top Two vs. the Flush. I certainly can understand what you are going through :club: I'm in a HUGE downswing myself and it seems that sometimes we are "cursed" or something..... But I strongly believe that we need to keep a positive attitude and never dwell on the bad beats... All it does, is that you start to think on every hand you gonna get sucked out and that is NEGATIVE thinking and it's really not good to have.... I'm working real hard myself on having a positive thinking during any hand.... I know it's not easy to do, but that's the only way IMO....I know I was having a good run when my wife beat up on me to have a positive attitude.... She gave me a lecture again yesterday and now I'm ready to PAWN again....Best of luck bro....

I am the same way right now. I am playing well but sometimes it just isn't enough. Three hands in a row a couple weeks ago AK, 1010, and 10J. I hit top two with both AK and 10J and hit a set with the tens. Only to get ran down with runner runners to a donk that was calling $60 for a redraw on the turn. I haven't played since. When this happens I just lose interest for a couple weeks and get my mind off of poker. Just take some time off man and clear your head.

I had my own downswing for sngs a few weeks back. First, it's impossible to avoid. And take comfort in the fact that you're getting your money in good. That means, over the long run, you'll make some very easy money. What worked for me was going from 6 tabling to one tabling - playing like I was trying to demonstrate how to play a perfect sng. I was also very observant of my opponents, noting what common mistakes they were making and if I was also making those same mistakes. As I regained my confidence, I started to add tables again, 2, 3 and now 4. I'm convinced now my downswing had much more to do with bad beats (AA<44 X4) (KK vs AA X4) AA<xx X3, etc) but I also wasn't playing perfect either. My play has since improved and I'm finally getting some positive results at the $22 level.I don't like how you played the QQ hand, but everything else looks like crap luck. Take you're time, study your game, get your confidence back, kick ass.

Well, it's 56.85 to 43.15. I rounded up. It is not a flip because straight cards are taken.
