Php/graphic Design

Hey guys, I'm working on putting a website together that involves coding in both PHP and SQL (as well as some Ajax and JavaScript).I recently had to fire the programmers I was working with and am currently look for new ones.The project is small to medium in size. The database isn't overly complex but it needs to be designed impeccably because it will grow to be very large. If anyone has any contacts of TRUSTED PHP and SQL developers I would love to be put in contact with them.Mods, once again please leave this in General for a few days. PLEASE.Note: I'm also looking for graphic designers to design the front-end. These guys (and myself as well) have tried experimenting with design elements and it's gone terribly wrong. So if you guys know any designers with web experience I would love those contacts as well.
