Zach6668 513
Brent, I really don't have a lot of Habs stuff.I sold that Price/Roy dual patch from a while ago. Then the buyer said he didn't get it, then eBay awarded the case to him, which I appealed, and somehow won, LOL. So long story short, I had that card stolen from me, but I got to keep his money.I have:

bdc30 0
haha, as far as buying packs or anything like that - never again. I'll buy or trade for a nice habs' card here and there though for sure. Actually, that brings something to mind -- anyone have any lines on habs game used sticks at all? I need 2, maybe 3 to finish off my office wall. Can trade cards or pay w/poker monies

MapleLeafpoker 1,462
eBay?BTW, I'm still torn on how I feel about cutting up vintage items such as The Rocket's gloves.Im a newb with this stuff, but I never thought about it til DM mentioned it......cutting up Henri's game worn jersey and Rockets gloves just to spread around 200pcs seems stupid and rather capitalistic. (sorry B)Not sure I'd want to be buying into this.
bdc30 0
No, I was asking if you picked up the Pocket jersey and the Rocket glove on ebay?oh sorry no - some guy on 2p2 forum was selling off his collection

Otherwise, the complete jersey would probably just be hung on some rich guys wall never to be seen by more than a few people. How do you guys feel about sticker autographs? Zach6668 513
I'm indifferent to the sticker auto's. They certainly aren't stopping me from collecting them. I don't particularly care of the player actually handled the card that I own.

bdc30 0
I prefer the direct auto, but it's not a dealbreaker. I have a few "personal scripts" from 06 trilogy that I really like, where the player wrote an inscription or something on the card along with their autos. I'll have to pull those out some day. Zach6668 513
I mean, I really like when they're right on the card, but they don't make that many Kennedy or Caupti's like that. :DI do have a handful of them on the cards though, of various players. Malkin The Cup Honorable Numbers, the 2 Kennedy Cup cards I posted the other day, and a Staal Black card, plus the Trilogy Ice Script card I'm trying to get rid of (Langway). I'm certain they don't get that many requests so they're probably more than willing to sign thru the mail (TTM)...and there's a 99.9% chance they don't use ghost signers or autopens. There's nothing like mailing off a card to a player, then forgetting about it until it shows up in your mailbox.

I used to do that as a kid, and Marty Straka was the only one who sent cards back for me. He was awesome.I prefer manufactured autograph cards just because they look a lot better than a random scribble you can't always see clearly over different colours of background. There are a lot of Kennedy and Caputi autos, so I'm not super worried about getting them TTM. They're just almost all on stickers, so far anyways. I have a couple Caputi ITG cards coming to me, no idea if they are on stickers or not, and my Kennedy Cup cards are hard-signed, and whenever The Cup comes out this summer for Caputi's rookie year, they'll be hard-signed too, I'm sure, so I'm not too worried about it. Zach6668 513
Got 11 cards in the mail today, from my recent eBay binge. Most of them were just low end base type stuff for TFK and Caputi, but I did get some cool stuff:
digitalmonkey 929
It's a shame Caputi's sig looks like shit.
