Had my eyes open to table selection tips today.Basically I'd scan the tables (6max) with 1 space free for prefferably 4+ full BI's, load about 5/6 and pick the 3 loose ones based on PT HUD stats. From now on i'll be looking at Avg Pot and Plr/Flop stats too.Prolly a basic thing but i'm sure it helped me.Post what you look for when table selecting, 6max, FT, anything goes - hopefully it helps others :club:

Depends. On AP I search "montagnais" and if he's not sitting, I generally look for tables with a high %players/flop because I play a TAG style. It can be really profitable to search for huge losers at the limit whose tendencies you know how to exploit.I also look for people sitting with half a buyin or lower, because these people generally suck (at higher limits, shortstacking can be used as a strategy), but at like, 100NL and below, theyre usually bad.

LOL. I discovered "montagnais" this month too. I'm not rolled for $100 nl but if he's sitting with a full buyin....

If you play on FTP, get some datamining software, it's totally worth it. I usually play on Stars so it doesn't help me, but I try to look for 1/2 stacks or non regs with big stacks.
