Chicago Series Of Poker

Recommended Posts

I usually play live at Rockford Charitables since they're much closer to the city than Chicago Charitable Games but CCG has got a few tourneys coming up that might convince me to make the drive out to the burbs. Here's a link to the list of tournaments:http://www.chicagocharitablegames.com/game...ofile.php?id=16I'm particularly interested in the $100 6 Handed Tournament and perhaps the $400 Main Event.Any Chicago FCPers plan on hitting these up?

I'll be there dealing at all events. Going to play the $150 HU I think if they get enough players and the $40 Limit holdem. Also hopefully the 6 max, the PLO/PLH and main event. Hopefully these events will get a bunch of players.

I wish. We have a shipment of 300 systems coming in here and since there's only two of us in this office, well... I am at the mercy of the truck drivers. I won't be downtown until almost 7. When do you leave?

I missed the section on their site that said you needed to be a Chicago resident to register
Fine then, make the 5 hour drive and I'll see you there :club:

Thread opened cuz I like the Diamondbacks seeing as:Mark Grace still my favorite MLB player ever. That is all.
FYPwell... he did win the World Series with the Dbacks and has stayed with that organization ever since. By the way, one of the funniest guys ever to do commentary.

While I was of course thrilled when they won the WS in 2001, nowadays the Douchebacks can go DIAF. I love how Eric Byrnes talked endless smack during the NLCS in which they promptly got their asses handed to them by the Rockies. Byrnes being the last out in game 4 was priceless. What a truly glorious month my Rockies had, lol. Back to normal this year, *sigh*.

I don't know if their structures are any different for these tournys but in the past, their structures suck and are very fast. Also they rake 20% of the PP, which is pretty brutal.
