well before seeing the responses i chose not to rebuy, luckily I have almost 3k before the end of the first level just pouncing on weakness

Yeah you should always rebuy right away and then add-on at the end.

I'd rebuy to from start and addon at end. At first I always thought to just wait and see how it goes but if you can get extra chips, take that adv.
