I think that this is a situation where you could beat an opponent - but you don't beat both of them.In this type of situation I always try to remember that I don't get anything for second place.One of these guys is v.likely to have you beat. As you rightly say, against one opponent it is a very different question/problem.For me this is an easy fold (if my brain is working on that day)

I don't agree, that wasn't a pretty easy fold, i think it was a good fold but not easy.

I'd dump it. MP might have some stupid hand like 77-JJ, but SB almost always has you beat with the check/overcall on the flop.
