marc1313 0 Posted June 19, 2008 Share Posted June 19, 2008 hey jcash. just wanted to say grats on the finish the other night. great comeback, and tough final hand. hope we meet at more late night final tables in the near future. and just out of curiosity, if you remember, what did you have on that hand the board was 10-9-8-6, I bet the turn, you shoved, and I folded, saying JQ is good, and you replied "you think i play JQ". i have quite the sicko memory, and that hand was bothering me, because I'm not sure I made the correct fold on that hand. I'm still just so sick that I couldn't finish the deal coming into the final table with the chip lead. Went so card dead just like yourself. Ran over the table for a while, but when people started playing back at me, I had to slow down, and I just never had a hand so ohh well gotta keep grinding. anyways, grats again, and gl-gg. I figured I could wait for a better spot, and it wasn't time to make an INSANE crazy call. I had been thinking about this hand, and wondered if I should have c-raised instead of lead again on the turn. But props to you for having the balls to make that raise with just 2nd pair. great read on your part. I know I was playing LAG-TARDISH but still a great play. shame we couldn't play HU for the title. I just had to pick a good spot. So with that I thought the turn was a good scare card to try bump you off a marginal hand. Luckily you werent strong.Then a few orbitz later, i bust. lol.
