contract looks ok to me, couple of things.1) i am ok with acid_knight being the escrow provided that he signs/confirms the contract as well2) it is going to take me 3-4 days to get the money in (bc of deposit limits for echecks). i currently only have $191 sitting in rakebreak, could i use that in the initial deposit, (as part of the initial $1000)? again i will email you screen shots of all my transaction history so this shouldn't be an issue.3) i love the 'no cash game' rule, lol, that will probably help me more than you...also, i would love to keep track of my br publicly with graphs. can i use pokertracker or some other program to do this w/ my br and mtt's and sng's? anyone w/ any advice for the best way to do this let me know.
noone will be signing anything imo.acid_knight is a trusted member on the site... and the sending of the $ to him will act as a binding signature... once the $ is sent to acid_knight, the bet is final unless both parties reach some kind of arrangement or deal.

...at which point I get to keep the $$. :club: On crap. I thought I only thought that. I didn't mean to say anything. Crap!Anyway, vtlaxter is right that when both of you ship me $$, the contract is essentially signed. Just post the final one you agree to in here, I will qoute a post of it so that it cannot be modified and you can go from there.

Me? Nope. :club: The OP? That's up to you. You're the one wagering $$ on it.

+98k$ in like 27 weeks? Let's say OP starts at 1/2NL. If he can go from 1/2NL to 3/6 NL in 3 weeks, that leaves 24 weeks to make about $4k a week at 3/6. That is about 1 buy-in a day. Wow, that's surprisingly doable, didn't think it at first.Meh, I don't think the OP will do it tbh, but I don't think it's all that impossible. Like, 5 mins ago, I was willing to put all my money on that he wouldn't do it, and offer like 4-1, but now after looking at the numbers, I see it's possible.

lol, for real? I didn't read the contract. No way he will do it at SNGs. Nobody can beat med-high SNGs for that much anymore. So obviously, with just MTTs, it is obv possible, but I don't really like the OPs chances at all now. +98k net in MTTs without getting a big Sunday score, wow, that's pretty hard. Also, it will/should take alot longer to grind up the 2k initial BR, without running the risk of going broke. Even if he decides to grind it up at the low stakes SNGs, that'll still take a long time, and as I said before, he won't beat the medium or high SNGs. Yup, OP won't do it imo.

You should be glad that this wasn't a different thread, with a scruffy old dog as part of the bet, or you'd be told to STFU, obv.

This statement is ridiculous. There are definitely people beating mid to high level SNG's on a regular basis.
SpaceGravy made $25k in 3 weeks playing $55 turbo 9mans on Stars. It's doable.
See, one example.

I don't think anyone is telling him to STFU cuz his statement is kinda crazy. If this guy has faith in his skills, people challenging him on it more then likely will not chase him away. If I thought I could do something, people telling me I couldn't would just make me want to prove it more. Unlike the "other" thread where the guy was challenging someone else's game - and such an obvious bad bet, which he would have lost twice in the first week. This is probably a pretty even bet on both sides. I would definitely want to check out this guys game before betting against him. But this is a fun bet and I like following challenges like this. It's kinda inspirational.
