I watched the one with Raymer, but I hadn't heard the Moneymaker one talked about on here.i saw it last week sometime.i dont thinkhe handled the explaining of his play very well.the one contradiction that made me laugh the most was,"At this point i have a big chip lead so theres no reason to get involved in big pots"and"I have a huge chip lead so im willing to take some chances"?and when he said the tell he picked up on, with the guy whos "arms twitch when he bluffs"that was just stupid, and disrespectfull.i was not impressed at all, that was an hour of my life i will never get back. Mattnxtc 0
his commentary wasnt near as good as Raymers. Everytime he basically just said that he had a big stack so he was goiong to call and play most hands. It seemed to me that he relied for the most part on gut instinct and caught some lucky cards along the way to make it that far. Granted he is good b/c u cant be that bad to get that far but he wasnt very impressive
fryer98 30
I agree that Raymer's was A LOT better. I don't think Moneymaker's would have been so bad, had I not seen Rayner's. He said things that I thought to myself "....WHAAAAT?" and he did contradict himself numerous times. Also, I think he did look high, but I think that's how he always looks. I guess we're just used to seeing him with the glasses on all the time. Check him out on the PS commercials, I think he looks the same.
jsdastud 0
i forgot how many hands moneymaker won with a inferior hand. he really sucked everyone out at the final table. he never got in with the best hand or even a coinflip.
