I hope he does it too, or if he doesn't I hope he falls short by a fair amount. If it ended up being close, $100-$200 dollars or something that would just be brutal.

Gonna be interesting if it comes into the last hours of the bet and hes close. Wonder if he would just get crazy aggro, or stick to his standard style.

His stats are already pretty damn loose from what i remember, someone who's been playing with him over the past week has 2k hands logged with him playing at 20/18/4!!

You're an idiot. That was a misclick. He's a winning 5/10 6 max player, how the hell can you make a comment like that?
No doubt he's better than that lol, it's just, have you tried it? (24 tabling). I found that it's not really possible to even play remotely close to your A game when 24 tabling, it's just too much.

K, let me 2+2ify for the benefit of your comprehension. If 24-tabling and lack of sleep results in misclicks in situations like that, it becomes an integral part of your game that must be compensated for by running good in other situations, or by stepping up your game to a level that does not include days of breaking even or losing. DUCY?Furthermore, winning at $5/10 6-max does not equal winning $10K in a calendar month while 24-tabling $25NL 6-max and full-ring for 16 hours per day. DUCY?Finally, I can (and did) make a comment like that because I am not an awestruck ballwasher who refuses to comment critically on those who put themselves out there for public consumption.Good luck?

Here it is (for those of us too lazy to click the link... which I have also supplied)
Wednesday, June 4, 2008Day 12Days total - -$50Total - ~$2950Pace - $4000Today was interesting you know. I played about 12k hands earlier for about - 2 bi. Then i decided to go get a coffee. You know something outside of poker. So i went over to starbucks and got a mint mocha frappucinno and a brownie. Then i just sat outside. And the sun started setting, and there was actually a breeze going. Not to common here, but it was really nice. And I was the only one out there, just sitting there enjoying a coffee, and then I took a step back, and things were all of a sudden totally different. For the past 2 weeks, every single day has been a battle. I wake up fighting, i go to sleep under the pressure of the next day. Its always a fight, its a constant battle against this challenge. There are only three numbers in my life. What day of the challenge is it, What is my total, and what is pace. And every day all i do is fight.Every day im tired.Every day im hungry. But it doesnt matter, i mean lifes a funny thing. 3 months ago, I dropped out of school. It was fairly impromptu, and after driving across the country, my roll was 3k.lol yes, three thousand. And i was going to grind nl 25 for $500 a day every day. Made like 500 the first day and decided to take a shot at nl 100. Well, long story short i am probably like +60k or something since then, in the brief time since going pro.I spent a bunch, have some in savings, still have a roll, and escrowed off 20k.Sort of lol i suppose, what a weird world. As i sit here at my computer mindlessly grinding out a $18 hourly trying to make it to 10k, the world goes by.And I sat there,I hadnt shaved for a few daysDown to my last few clean clothesHadnt showered in a day or two,I just watched the sun set over the mountains. I have no idea what my future is, no clue what even tomorrow brings. But i will never stop fighting.Because win or lose,I am a grinder today, and a legend forever.

Awestruck ballwasher? Elaborate please.Edit: Btw I've commented critically on Rider's game more than anyone else on this forum, 100% guaranteed. Your initial statement was much more ignorant than mine ever was.

He doesn't have poor BR management. He was on a stake for 5/10.

Have you ever been really sleep deprived. I mean só sleep derpived that you spoke like you drank a bottle of Jacks. So sleepy you walk like OJ took his best shot at you with your hands down.I also did a big lolé because what he writes is just bullshit, but if you visualise him sitting in front of his computer with this bigga grin on his face because he knows he's writing this deep filisophical masterpiece and ends it with one of the best closers ever. The first thing I thought of however was the closingscene of a bad Rocky movie and a corny semi-deep thought-line.You know what... I love it. His best blog so far.Jan

the conditions are completely retarded.nullifying the bet if someone who is betting against him sits just means that they'll find another account to play on.and on the other side, he can easily get friends to inconspicuously dump money to him if he needs it.i would be EXTREMELY surprised if neither side cheats.

Did he take a break after becoming a legend? No updates in the blog for the last couple o days.
I'm willing to bet he's leaving town. He went and saw some guy wearing a one-piece and his buddy Mike vouched for him. Now we'll see Mike in that seat trying to grind his way back in what seems impossible.

I think he posted in the 2p2 thread that he's only up like 2700 or something. It's not looking like he's gonna win this bet.
