cdipierr 0
Same tourney as last question, but a week earlier, again blinds are small 50/100 compared to stacks, which I think are about as follows. 8 handed table.Hero: 4200V1: 5500V2: 3000Dealt QQ UTG.Hero raises to 400.V1 reraises to 1100 from UTG+2. I've never played with this guy before, but he looks like the "tough guy" type who's decided to show the regular game how good he is. He had won a few pots, mainly off a friend of his also at the table but hasn't shown down anything great. My read is that he's overplaying a mid-pair here.V2 pushes from CO. This guy I play with a lot. His play recently has gotten a lot better and tighter, but he's still liable to make some loose plays, mostly post-flop though.Folded back to me.Pot is now 4250.Our action here? If one of them has AA/KK take your medicine. I'd expect to see AK somewhere, probably CO. A shove from you will probably get UTG+2 off his TT, but if not then w/e you're ahead. Dodge an A/K flop, turn, river.

KoRnholio 2
Shoooovel. In live tournies the structure is usually quite fast, meaning you won't have a lot of time to look for better spots to amass chips.

Ow.
Berwatchey 0
i'd say the kk was unlikely, but given the raise re raise i'd say QQ was the absolute bottom of the range you should be risking your stack with. you had more than 40 big blinds at an 8 handed table. thats alot of hands. i dont agree that you absolutely had to shove here. in fact i would have either flat called or just given them credit for a better hand and mucked.with the blinds this small you really should avoid getting any hand but aces or kings all in pre flop. because at that point its just luck and you have no room to manuver. i know its tempting to see queens and re raise all in, but with small blinds your really not looking to get it all in i dont think. you also didnt say anything about how YOU had been playing, so if you had only been showing premium hands then a re raise and a shove behind your raise should have told you pretty obviously to run far far away.i think a crying fold would have been the right move. maby even let the table know you folded queens. then use that solid image to get some more respect from your raises and steal some blinds as they start to go up.
