A friend of mine on another forum recently emailed support with this email and received a pretty nice response. If you're experiencing similar problems I would suggest emailing their support, if you haven't already, and asking them for some type of resolution. Here's here's the skinny.----- Original Message ---- I am still waiting for these funds. There are no conditions attached to this bonus and you are free to do what you like with the funds, including cashing them out.
