Gibby 0
I know when I first started playing NLH, I used everything from poker spy, pokeracehud.. etc.. Are there any good programs to keep up with personal stats, etc...
Merby 3
I use pokertracker omaha, pokerace hud, and PokerEV religiously.Getting PokerEV is a *MUST*. In fact as soon as the new PokerEV is out of beta testing, it should preempt pokertracker omaha.

BudBundy 0
Yeah i am waiting for PokerEV to come out. It will probably replace my PT.
Frez 0
I just looked at the pokerEV website again and it describes as an analysis tool that runs off the PT database. How can it replace PTO?

How can it replace PTO?The new PokerEV (still in beta testing, not released publicly) will maintain its own database.

Merby 3
Actually, the new PokerEV is going to maintain:1) its own database2) its own HUD3) all the usual PokerEV graphs and filters4) a hand replayerI got this info from this 2+2 thread. Here is some of the relevant part of the post: [blah blah blah]A few months ago, after running into many problems and limitations with extending support for the PokerTracker 2 and Hold'em Manager databases, and disappointments with their features and design, I decided to write my own tracking application and HUD that could have the features I wanted. The tracking application is almost ready for release, and the HUD will follow around mid January. There are a few lingering bugs in the latest build which means I can't release it right away, but here's a preview of what's coming:[blah blah blah]Of course, they seem to be a couple of months behind their projected release date, but I am patient and happy to wait for it to be perfected. As such, I am holding off getting PT3.
Shark527 0
Those programs are just for the people too slow to remember their own stats. I don't use any of them and I've won at least $28 over the last 3 weeks.

It's in improvement on PT2. It has some new features that people have asked for. That's about it. There's nothing special about it. Nothing that really makes me think it will have any kind of advantage over PEV.PokerEV does everything PT3 does, and a lot more. It also does it all in a simpler way. The filters are a lot easier to use, for one thing.
