Sycuan. Viejas. Barona. Palomar. Lucky Lady. Ocean's 11. If you like starting with 1000 chips and real short levels then hit up the first 3. Ocean's 11 has a little better tournaments, but don't know any details really. I never play tournaments. Ocean's 11 is by far the best place to go. Good luck.

Pechanga is by far the worst for rake. You can't even chop a pot without them taking a buck, even in a 1/2 game. They have $80 max 1/2 NL as their smallest NL game. Never played a tourney there though.Oceans 11 has a tournament every morning with big ones on the weekend with good prize pools and decent structures. $40 max 1/1 NL is the lowest game and you can usually pick out the good players and the bad. I will often show up a few hours before work at about 5am and there are quite a few people who think it's a sin to go home with any money left.Sycuan has gone to shit from what I've heard lately, but the rake is reasonable and they get a stud 8 game going every so often. A buddy of mine deals at barona, says they get about 40 people for their weeknight tourneys for a $40 buy in. They get a good variety of limits (3/6 - 8/16 limit, 1/2 $60 max - $2/5 $1000 max NL). It's a good choice, although the drive there is kind of shitty and every now and then someone dies on the road and they shut it down. Good luck, and if you go to Barona, make fun of a goofy looking dealer named ryan.
