You guys should look into dallas/fort worth area.. Here you can get what a 1-1.3 million dollar house cost in cali cost for about 300,000... and it will be much nicer in quality. The nightlife is top notch, especially when you turn 21... There are dozens of golf courses within an hour of anywhere in dfw. Thanks to the barnett shale, our local economy is in much better shape than the rest of the U.S. (i.e. Gas,housing, food.) It's a great place to live with a ton to do... and although the closest casino (winstar) is about an hour north, it has an extremely nice poker room that is really big.

Anyone that doesn't pick Chicago in the summer is pretty nuts. San Diego may just be the perfect city though and definitely the only place I'd ever consider moving (probably).I love Chicago summers, it's as though 2 million hot girls under the age of 35 get transplanted here on the first warm day, and then don't leave until the first snow, when they all of a sudden hibernate for another 6 months.

seriously, if nobody is 21 yet, move to canada. i live in windsor, we have a casino, a huge downtown bar scene full of drunken 19 year old girls. You can rent a nice place here for 800/month so for 1500 you can get a really nice place. It's canada and our drinking/gambling age is 19 and it's a nice summer place.

That's a really good idea too.Chicago, San Diego, Toronto...can't go wrong with any of those FYI

Cities like toronto are far to expensive to live in. You can get the same size apartment here for about 1/2 of the cost of a place like TO.

But why would they want to pay $1-1.3M for a $300K house?

I didn't read all the thread. But for that price range, you can live in Chicago, and it fits your criteria. Not sure why you wouldn't want to live in Vegas though... I'm trying to move there right now.But seriously, if you want to party and live it up, Chicago is awesome. 3BR for < 2300 is doable and it'd be pretty nice.

Morongo Casino lets you gamble at 19.They filmed the second Poker SuperStars there, (the one noone showed up for)and it's only minutes from Cabazon, which has dinosaursdinnyrex.jpg

Palm Springs ftmfw. Have house there, already. Also have family in Chicago and obv have spent a lot of time there. I love it, but it's pretty expensive and we are under 21 so a lot of the nightlife becomes a problem. However, a 4bed w/ the Wandigo in Chicago would probably be the most fun ever.I like the Canada ideas, as well. Seems reasonably priced and no age problems.

'Isn't that where they filmed part of Pee Wee's Big Adventure??Oh and downtown Windsor IS the nuts in the summer/spring time. Streets are a nonstop party every weekend.
