SilentButDeadly3 0
Need story of cory carroll vs looshlePretty sure the following happened:- Loosh makes WSOP circuit FT- Carroll makes same FT- They get HU- Loosh lost a flip for all the marbles (I think they were similar stacked)- Afterwards Carroll was talking about how he "PZ's people live." - Loosh posts on FCP how funny that was, just bc he won a flip, doesn't mean he owns souls- The End

Vick12 0
"Delay in the Money PresentationThere is a delay in production before the money presentation can begin; I believe I heard a rumor that the winner's trophy is on its way to the final table now. (They weren't expecting to need it here so soon.) We'll let you know as soon as the money presentation begins, and heads-up play should start soon after that. Here's a reminder of the chip counts: Gus Hansen - 22,905,000David Chiu - 4,360,000Hansen has eliminated every player at this final table so far, most of them in dramatic, come-from-behind fashion. Here are the final table payouts: 1st - ? - $3,389,1402nd - ? - $1,714,8003rd - John Roveto - $923,3554th - Cory Carroll - $593,6455th - Tommy Le - $395,7256th - Jeff King - $263,815Hansen rivered a ten to beat Jeff King's A-Q suited with his 10-9 suited. Hansen flopped a set of tens over Tommy Le's set of fives. Hansen rivered a seven-high diamond flush to overcome Cory Carroll's pair of jacks. And Hansen cracked John Roveto's pocket kings by rivering a jack-high straight with A-10 suited."Wow.....can u say BULLLLLLLLLLLLLLLDOZERRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRR?

Gus Hansen - 23,430,000David Chiu - 3,835,000LOOOOOOOOLThat's right...HU play started after only 22 hands of play. That's so sik! Will they even have enough to fo a show at this point. LOFL!!!!! Painter567 0
FYP.lol at Gus potentially blowing it.Gus just got Greensteined!Ace on the River!Chiu wins...Hand #80: David Chiu Wins the WPT World Championship! ($3,389,140)Hand #80 - Gus Hansen has the button, he raises to 750,000, and Chiu calls. The flop comes A108, Chiu checks, Hansen bets 900,000, and Chiu calls. There is already 3.35 million in the pot. The turn card is the 5, Chiu bets 1.2 million, and Hansen thinks for about 30 seconds before he moves all in for 8,675,000. After nearly two minutes of counting out his own chips, Chiu says, "I call."The crowd leaps to their feet, waiting to see their cards. Gus Hansen shows 108 for two pair, while David Chiu shows A9 for a pair of aces with a flush draw. Chiu needs an ace, a nine, a five, or any spade to win the tournament right here. The river card is -- the A!The crowd cheers in surprise as David Chiu leaps in celebration, and quickly gets his hand on a Chinese flag that he waves near the table. After the initial excitement of the hand wears off, the audience stands in stunned silence. Gus Hansen walks over to David Chiu as if he is in a daze. Gus Hansen finishes in second place, earning $1,714,800. He'll have to wait for his fourth WPT title. David Chiu defies the odds and the early momentum of Gus Hansen to win the Season III WPT World Championship, earning $3,389,140, two bracelets (one from Bellagio, one from WPT), a trophy. That prize also includes his entry into next season's WPT World Championship
freak2304 0
Holy moly, guacamole was that a crazy HU match. GG to the both of them. It sucks to knock out 4 of your 5 opponents at the FT and not win.
