Now i realise i should have folded PF with this puss hand but felt that the villian was stealing.

If you felt he was stealing, isn't reraising a better move?Do you think he would have reraised the turn if he had a better hand than Queens and Threes?Seems like he either hit his BDFD on the river or has exactly K2, but you said he has been overplaying moderate hands so this could be a one pair hand. The call on the flop and lead out overbet on the river looks alot like a back door flush though.

I don't like the play preflop or on the flop, your turn raise is fine but the fact he called you out of position with 1 card to come indicates strength either in a big draw or made hand already. The river is ugly, the flush gets there, a wheel gets there (if he's that bad) and your two pair can be dominated, i fold here every time!

Yeah thats pretty much what i thought, i'm still not 100% convinced he actually had the BDFlush but ............
I'm thinking SB could have KdTd-AdKd, something of that nature, I don't thnk folding river is bad, personally (with no math, stats knowledge) I just feel like the action dictates SB usually has Q3 beat and after he calls ur turn raisethan leading out for $25 just seems like he's hoping you have something like Q3 and want to call it...he was betting the whole way too, could he really be doing thatwith just Ako, maybe but, I think letting this one go will let you catch him in a easier spot....-nub
