phlegm 6
Replacing the word greatest with dumbest, might be more accurate
Dratj 0
Replacing the word greatest with dumbest, might be more accurateDon't think this is fair. You probably think he's dumb for having lost the 40 million but he would have never gotten that 40 million if he didn't gamble the way he did. Thx for the post OP, it was a good read. SopotBoy 0
I wonder who Mr. X in part 2 was...I work with Chip Resses X girlfriend. When she came into work I asked her about Archie the Greek and If she had any stories about him. The first thing she said was that he started his insane run by playing pool against Bobby Baldwin. Vick12 0
I have been reading all of the articles in this series on Karas and the man was insane. I guess TJ Cloutier isn't the biggest degen dice thrower of all time!!As good as the story's are...Sexton's writing couldn't humanly be worse. My 6 year old can put together better sentances than he can. Also...how many times can a human being start a quote from Karas with...."Tommy I tell ya""Tom lemme tell ya bout""Hey Tommy did I "...FFS we know you wrote the dang article TOMMY SEXTON...we don't need u to insert your own name into every other quote!!! For effect, having his name in there, and the manner in which it is used is not for any self-serving purpose, but to give the reader a better grasp on what it's like to actually have him telling a story to you... When you read it, you almost put yourself in the shoes of the person the story is being told to, and in your mind you are intended to become "Tom" for that moment...i think any critical comments on the writing are irrelevant to how great the story is...So in summary go **** yourself and your self serving post on how self serving the article is....
