iggymcfly 0
March goals: 1. Low-end: Be profitable at 2/4 for a minimum of 10 BI just to be making some progress.High-end: Make at least $5,000 each for my staker and myself.I could easily best the high-end estimate if I run well, but that's about the highest I have confidence I can do without getting some luck. Those $10K months at 1/2, I was running pretty smooth and lucking into some ridic soft games as well that are pretty tough to find.Hit the high-end goal here, just barely. Was up a lot more for a while as shown in this graph, but I still have to be very happy with how the month went, especially since it was a short month as we didn't get started until the 12th. 2. Put in 30,000 hands total playing PLONot even going to try for a low-end high-end type thing here as when I put in too many hands, I lose a little bit of my edge and start getting sloppy. If anything, I should make it another goal that I don't play more than 50K hands.Didn't make this one. Even with the hands I played on my own prior to the stake, I only got 25K hands. Still, I can't be too upset though. I missed a few days trying to get everything coordinated and really, I've never had much of a problem getting hands in anyway. My real problem has been getting sloppy and playing bad when I can't get away from the computer. I think I did much better on that count this month. 3. Spend more time thinking theoretically about the game and plugging my leaks. When I was running well, I really had the attitude that "I don't have any leaks; I can beat anyone that's not at least a 5/10 or 10/20 reg, there's no point working on my game". After two months at -0.5 PTBB/100 though, I've definitely found some spots I can work on. My C-betting frequency OOP after a 3-bet is way off and my bet/call range against short stacks is too light too. There are other smaller leaks too such as 3-betting a little too much, not folding enough against passive players, etc. Definitely have some things I need to work on.I have spent a little more time thinking theoretically about actual poker stuff, but I think my biggest leak by far was just not paying enough attention. I've stopped playing HU and 6-max simultaneously, stopped reading 2+2 in the background for the most part, and my table selection's taken a giant leap forward. I'm finding better tables now at 2/4 and 3/6 than I used to find at 0.5/1 just by paying more attention to the table dynamics and leaving as soon as they get bad.As for April, I'm not really feeling the hand or money goals this month. I just want to continue to play my 'A' game. I do have a general plan I guess which is to try to win a few more BI at 2/4 and 3/6 this week, then start playing a little 5/10 with my staker's blessing and try to proceed to playing 3/6 and 5/10 only by the end of the month. I tired to cash it out we will see what happens I just spoke with them. It's all just a glitch in moving over. Your "balance" was showing your entire year's rakeback. Also, the cash out feature doesn't work just yet.Sigh, I know. She said it'll all be up and running in a few days. kkot 0
If I play this month I'll be pretty ****ing happy. I did do pretty well for making it to the gym last month though, so I guess that's good.
Zach6668 513
Made a bit less than $12k this month, but I gotta wait on final rakeback numbers, etc. Played 9400 hands though, lol. My goals were $15k/15k hands. In short, my goals for April will be the same as March. I want to play 15,000 hands, and actually do it this time... I think if I do play 15k hands, I can make $20,000 since I'll be playing more at 10/20 and hopefully some 15/30 moving forward.Gonna start off on the wrong foot today, though, and play some social poker at the casino... 3/6 full ring baby, just for fun and to switch it up a bit, then regroup tomorrow and put it into full gear. antistuff 0
i made about 1k in march. something clicked in my head regarding plo8 and i've been just destroying everybody. im laying off making money this month to take a step back and learn some new things. gonna play some lhe, lo8 and learn 2-7. in the long run i think it will pay off. at the $100 level in plo8 i am only two or three levels away from the highest stakes the game is really played for. while i absolutely love playing the game it doesn't make sense to keep specializing in a game that im not going to be able to move up very far in. and if anybody wants to help me transfer some money from tilt to stars i would be much obliged. pm me. dreamcrusher28 0
Absolute:-----------$427........(+162)Bodog:-------------$432.........(+110)Pokerstars:--------$237.........(+70)FullTilt:-------------$10............+ 1 $26 Sat TokensPositive numbers at all sites this month, not sure if I've ever done that before. I wish I could force myself to play a few less tables and maybe stick to one form of poker during each session. I think my results would increase dramatically. But I enjoy auto-piloting all forms of poker at the same time so much I don't think I could stop. Meh. I need to start exercising, I think that would help my poker more than anything at this point, my body is falling apart at the seams.

Snamuh 0
lol snamuh, that grap is really sick. did u lose a hand?enjoy the msnl swongs - JordanI play perfect poker obv.No but seriously, I don't play a super high variance style and Cake is extremely soft which makes for consistent upswings! I also found that I perform better in shorter sessions of like 1-1.5 hours.

rog 0
I may as well start setting some goals too.My goal is to play 200 low buy in 45 player Turbo SNGs, and to follow reasonable bankroll principles in doing so. I expect to play about 50 at 3.25 with an expected ROI of 50%, and 150 at 6.50 with an expected ROI of 35%. I will abstain from MTTs for the first two weeks of April, and if I'm on track, I'll play the 100k and 3R on Sunday, but that's it. I'm also swearing off the HORSE ring games for now.Expected profit: 3 * 50 * .5 = $75+ 6 * 150 * .35 = $315= $390Yes, I'm a micro grinder with a job and a family.

TravisG 0
I think you want to win as much money as possible, so if I were you, I would play the biggest game I can buy into.but shouldn't beating 3/6 for 2PTBB/100 give me more money than beating 5/10 for 1 PTBB? or is the difference in play not that great there.
