PMJackson21 0
manny is obv coming to SF next yearswI wouldnt be surprised if manny resigned with the fodgersI think any NL team that signs him will be overpaying. He has so much more value in the AL where he can DH. That's not to say the Dodgers won't though, because at this point McCourt might have his hand forced by public demand. Plus Manny provides the Dodgers with a 'star' player, which is very important in LA. From a business stand point, I can def see ownership making efforts to re-sign him. PMJackson21 0
WTF.So I debut my Manny avatar on Stars last night, and think I am on my way to a great start when I have the cl in the 100r with like 15 left. I obv bust 11th after 66 <ak, followed by a big ak< 44, and finished off with a k8 < kk (sb shove into bb obv kk). I then bust 32nd in the 150, so instead of a triumphant debut, I had a bitter end to my night.Plus I had rail birds telling me that I would run better if I didn't have Manny as my avatar, and that it was bad karma lol. Um, I had a Buddhist symbol as my avatar before that and I ran like shit then too.

Moneyball16 0
With Hudson possibly out for the season for the D-Backs the Dodgers are now the favourites to win the division imo. Going from Hudson to Ojeda is a huge loss for Arizona.

PMJackson21 0
I can tell Patrick is on life tilt since he wont post in here...because the Giants took 2 out of 3!!! Heh.Actually I was on a golf trip Sunday-today in the city, so I haven't had a chance to post. Two things can be mutually exclusive though, and losing 2/3 in that way def did put me on LFT. I was playing Sunday at Stone Tree in Novato, but I finished up just as the game was going to the 9th. They had the PGA Championship on in the bar, but the cart guys had the baseball game on in the cart barn, so I sat there and listened to that travesty in there. ****ing losers, obviously they want nothing to do with taking over first place.Such BS, played Harding Park today and couldn't/wouldn't wear my Dodgers hat after that series... PMJackson21 0
Keep it up Dodgers.....So far, so good...Does Jason Werth have the shortest arms of any MLB player? I'd have to think so; he looks like a t rex swinging a bat.To be honest though, the Dodgers will have to win like 9 out of their next 10 for me to forgive them for the two losses to the giants. I was really glad the Marlins didnt get swept by the Mets. Manny looks great. Check your PMs by the way....

Check your PMs by the way....Just imagine if you were a Marlins fan and lived in NY and that happened...I have to avoid the radio to keep it from being thrown in my face over and over. Blah. One thing I might be most excited about regarding Manny is the positive influence he is having on someone like Matt Kemp. Kemp already was starting to turn the corner, but since Manny got there his ABs have become a lot more 'professional'.

TheWacoKidd 0
Does Waco look that depressed to you? Obviously the correct reply should have been, 'he does when Oliver Perez is pitching'. QFlolMets 9-4 when Ollie starts since you made this post...nice sweeeeep Dodgers!

Maybe the embarrassment of getting lit up by the Giants helped turn him around; I know since Kuroda had that happen to him a few weeks back he has been lights out.

Poppy_Hillis 11
I'm watching the Dodger game right now in HD and they showed Torre on the bench and it looks like his jersey is cotton. Is this normal?

Is this normal?I'm half watching the game right now but to my knowledge all the current jerseys should be of the Cool Base variety which is some temperature control fabric dealy.
