Yesterday on XM's morning show Mark Patrick and Buck Martinez were talking about the club house staff having problems with him. In particular they were talking about the fine people that cater the media room being pissed at Sterling because he repeatedly sticks his finger into the ice cream and them licks it off. Also he apparently has a bad habit of taking a large piece of cake from the dessert table, eating it with his hands, and then proceeding to wipe his hands on the table cloth.I'm sure that one will make a "best of" show when a holiday comes around.

That is EXACTLY what I was referencing when I said other bad qualities. I just couldnt find the story.But yeah, I have been in the press area of Kauffman Stadium (Royals) a few times when they played the Yankees. Seen Stirling grab my wife's friends' butt. In fairness, I dont think she minded but he could not have known that before the grabbage.Dirty old man, ftw.

As soon as I saw news of an impending trade, I knew the Pirates were dumping salary and getting NOTHING in return. Seriously - screw this team right in the ass. I hope enough fans get sick of this crap, so that ticket sales start to plummet. This ownership has no plan other than making a profit and providing nothing in return for the stupid fans who still follow them.

Despite losing the series to the O's and the first game against Anaheim I am very optimistic about this team. The deals made in the past week, especially the Pirates deal where we got Nady and Marte for hardly nothing were great. I'm also pleased that Manny is no longer part of the Red Sox. You can pretty much take it to the bank that Jason Bay will not be hitting like .500 against the Yankees. I do not think that the Red Sox will make the playoffs anymore.
