Canadianpoker83 0
Well your play on the flop was fine, but your call on the turn is terrible, unless your planning on stealing the pot on the river which is exactly what you did. My guess of what they had would be, pre flop raiser has AK. I tihnk this because of his bet on the flop. It lookes so weak to me and i would re-raise there like 90% of the time if there's not a third person in the pot. Also the BB appears also to have been drawing, possibly to clubs. So he had something like mid suited connector. So basicly i think you were up against Ace high.
Frez 0
Dude you've been around long enough to grasp the concept that NLHE posts go in the NLHE forum...River bluff is $13 to win $18. So it has to work 72% of the time to pay off. Those are slim odds, but when BB checks and no obvious draws complete, might be worth a pop.

Edit: yeah I thought about it for a bit more and obviously you are totally wrong. By your math if he bet 18 into an 18 pot it would have to work 100% of the time. It has to work somwehere around 40% of the time but I dont feel like doing the math.

Did the math backwards.Somewhere around 40% is right. 41.9% actually.
mtdesmoines 3
I don't like bluffing into two people, but we have position, so ... meh. The only problem I have with the hand is preflop.I find that this is often two flush draws that steal each other's outs, so they both missed.
