dEv~ 19
Congrats to the Stammer on his 100th Career goal..You are truly the best player in the NHL at the moment, most importantly a great character to promote the game.I have no affiliation with Stammer, I dont own him any pools, but I am a huge fan.I hope you have a lot of accomplishments and records in your future, and when you become a UFA please consider coming home.Love you buddy..Keep it up.Trolling obv. digitalmonkey 929
MelroseOh! You had me confused because Pat Quinn was his first NHL coach. Melrose didn't coach Carson until the early 90's when he returned to the Kings.

Zach6668 513
Melrose is such an unnecessary scapegoat. Sure, it seems like he held Stammer back, but maybe he let him develop at the right pace? Nobody thinks this might be the case?
mrdannyg 274
Melrose is such an unnecessary scapegoat. Sure, it seems like he held Stammer back, but maybe he let him develop at the right pace? Nobody thinks this might be the case? There is no evidence to support that Stamkos' early development had positive eventual results.Wait, he scored 50 goals last year? Hmmm
digitalmonkey 929
Melrose is such an unnecessary scapegoat. Sure, it seems like he held Stammer back, but maybe he let him develop at the right pace? Nobody thinks this might be the case? That's usually the argument in these situations. Is Oprah rich and famous because she was raped an abused or in spite of it? Yeah, I brought up Oprah in the hockey forum...we touch on everything around here. I think Melrose certainly played some part in Stamkos' development, but let's not get crazy...mulletman isn't much of a coach.
