I used to have roomates who were pricks. Yes it is extremely annoying. I moved away from them in the end though.

Wow, awesome story. I've pretty much lived with all of my best friends and I had a blast every time, I never understood the warning about not living with friends because it will ruin your friendship. Like most people, I prefer living on my own and being able to do things exactly as I like, but I always had a great time with my roommates. I agree that it just comes down to personalities. We all had the personalities of guys who like to drink a lot and act immature, so it worked out well.

Living withy my parents is a real pain in the ass.My older brother (christian, vegetarian, Socialist, anti porn) gives me crapabout what I eat (MSG IS BAD FOR YOU!), my parents think I am the spawn of satan forbeing an Atheist, and for playing poker for a living (gambling is a sin if you didn't know).But if they have a car, just take saran wrap (about 10 rolls) and completely wrap their car shut.they will have a fun time getting to work.

Yeah, it's such a chore to simply grab a kitchen knife or box cutter and spend 15 seconds slicing it off. Before burying said kitchen knife in your dickhead roommates chest while he's sleeping.

It is not as easy as it might seem.We did it to my friends car on the last day of highschool.using a knife risks scratching the car, and even so it would takehours to get it off. He discovered it at around midday, he was still there till well after dark.

My roommate doest the dishes, vacuums, dusts, never watches TV but doesn't mind me watching whatever I want, taught me some advanced stat at cribbage, cooks occasionally, takes care of shit I don't think about doing, is gone enough for me not to feel crowded, doesn't insist on blathering on with small talk, and pays on time.The only thing I can think of that's of the slightest inconvenience is that I have to put on clothes to make my coffee in the morning. Oh yea, one time I didn't have enough hot water for my morning shower. Never mind that I take a 30 min shower, that kind of sucked.
