For those of you who said fold preflop, is that because of the early position of the raiser? Because I have been generally 3-betting AQo preflop, at least against late position raisers.
LP raiser =/= EP raiserLooseish UTG+1 raising range: AJs+, AQo+, KQ, 66+, suited connectors 98s and up.
equity 	win 	tie 		  pots won 	pots tied	Hand 0: 	53.186%	  48.51% 	04.67% 		1046648244 	100838496.00   { 55+, AJs+, KQs, QJs, JTs, T9s, 98s, AQo+, KQo }Hand 1: 	46.814%	  42.14% 	04.67% 		 909177804 	100838496.00   { AQo }

Tight LP raising range: 55+, ATo+, A9s+, KJ, KQ, 78s+

equity 	win 	tie 		  pots won 	pots tied	Hand 0: 	47.067%	  43.28% 	03.79% 		1325115780 	115895844.00   { 55+, A9s+, KJs+, QJs, JTs, T9s, 98s, 87s, ATo+, KJo+ }Hand 1: 	52.933%	  49.15% 	03.79% 		1504692084 	115895844.00   { AQo }

That's with a fairly loose early raising range and a very tight late raising range (the LP opener would have something like 12 VPIP).Most players in LP will open raise hands like J9s or QTs, and hands like A4s. The difference in your equity against their ranges is huge, and you rarely have an early raiser dominated (or at least, he has you dominated more often).

Yeah, and even those seem on the loose/tight side for early/late position respectively. Position, position, position, I just have to keep telling myself that when I play.
