Recommended Posts

Is it Party Poker? Empire? Poker Room? Ful Tilt? Paradise? Other?????Considering everything (the rake, cash out turnaround time, customer service, # of games, etc.), where would you point a new online poker player? This is my first post, and I think this site is great. Thanks for your responses.Mase

Hi Mase,The best place to play poker on line is a tough question! It depends on what type of poker you like to play, budget, and your skill level to name but a few of the variables.I have played at Party, UB and Stars. Lots of fish at the lower levels on Party. You can make money at the lower levels on Party but if you are trying to advance your game and knowledge, I would suggest PokerStars. Even at the lower levels on Stars, the competition and knowledge of the players is better than Party players from my perspective. UB is a happy medium. If you like to play Sitngo's the Blind structure at UB and Stars is the best. The blind structure on PArty for Sitngo's is not very good.PokerStars has the best tournament structure in my opion as well.Hope this helps!

Your reply helps Big time.I'm new in the field. I want to see hands, LOTS of them, sharpen my chops, cut my teeth........ and slowly build a bankroll.Party Poker, huh? For the fish... hmm...... !Poker Stars for the "advancement"......Gotcha.Mase

There's a post on this already but i'll re-answer anyways. The general opinion is that pstars and ub are the toughest places to beat.Party skins sites are goldmines if you can handle it. There's this Sweden based site called 24hpoker which is full of suckers :D (there are two sites called 24h though so don't get confused). Pacificpoker is the craziest maniachole online I have to say though. It's actually too bad to play at times, although it's been a long time since I was a 1/2 player. I mostly just play no limit anyway.Bodog poker has a lot of poor players but I can't recommend a better place to play for 1/2 than Partypoker. Unless you actually want good competition.

One page thats is based to scandinavia also is removed , it`s full of veery bad players, it`s almost not possible to lose there...So thats what i recommend.
That's on the same network as 24h, b2b network.
