Feels like a ten that's scared of a jack. QQ or KK if you are lucky...but he limped pre, so probably not. I think you have to call

Yeah, I think the turn is a debateable street. I didn't expect the bet, but thought folding the turn is way to weak. I think the best turn play is call, but I'm open to hearing otherwise. My plan was to call turn and basically call almost any bet on river...unless the Jd fell. Because that card completes everything.I dunno, I think folding the river is probably the best play here. I think I actually like how I played the hand, but I'm not sure.

raises handcalling the turn definitely means we should call river imo but diamonds did get there and if he has them we are gonna punch ourselves in the face for not raising the turn. i really like the way villian played the flop and turn. i really don't know what are beating on this turn except a flush draw and if thats the case we should be raising turn i think.

I think on the turn, a ton of his hands have a J in them, and it makes calling a reasonable option. On the river, that no longer applies and it's time to fold.If the turn was a 9 instead of the J, I'd fold the turn more often.

Is there any reason why we can't raise more on this flop? Villain is getting about 3:1 to call even after our raise. How much can we actually raise without pricing ourselves in if he decides to come over the top?

I agree here, calling wont be profitable on the river.My thought is that maybe we put in a raise on the turn....if he ships on the turn we know we're crushed, likely by a 10..maybe a raise/fold to 16?either that or just a fold on the turn..

Raise fold is pretty bad, I could just call this turn and river and be at less than $16. Folding the turn is bad IMO. I think the discussion is over raising to get all in on turn, or calling and then calling river or reevaluating.I ended up folding the river here. Villain showed 86o for a bluff.
