tskillz187 0
I was pretty lost here. I'm getting a great price, but what can I beat? Is it a call based on getting the odds?Villain is a 64/13/1.25 over 165 hands.Pretty bad villain obviously. craiger 0
Feels like a ten that's scared of a jack. QQ or KK if you are lucky...but he limped pre, so probably not. I think you have to call
Acid_Knight 2
I think you get shown a flush or a straight there a lot.I dunno, it's probably unprofitable to call, but go for it anyway
JustR 0
I think you have to fold here His flush draw got there or they are betting 10s full
Zach6668 513
Who else wants to fold the turn?Like, if we're calling the turn, and then folding this river for $6, something is wrong, I think.

I didn't expect the bet, but thought folding the turn is way to weak. I think the best turn play is call, but I'm open to hearing otherwise. My plan was to call turn and basically call almost any bet on river...unless the Jd fell. Because that card completes everything.I dunno, I think folding the river is probably the best play here. I think I actually like how I played the hand, but I'm not sure.

Acid_Knight 2
I think on the turn, a ton of his hands have a J in them, and it makes calling a reasonable option. On the river, that no longer applies and it's time to fold.If the turn was a 9 instead of the J, I'd fold the turn more often.
AimHigher 0
Is there any reason why we can't raise more on this flop? Villain is getting about 3:1 to call even after our raise. How much can we actually raise without pricing ourselves in if he decides to come over the top?

ah2388 0
I agree here, calling wont be profitable on the river. My thought is that maybe we put in a raise on the turn....if he ships on the turn we know we're crushed, likely by a 10..maybe a raise/fold to 16?either that or just a fold on the turn.. Folding the turn is bad IMO. I think the discussion is over raising to get all in on turn, or calling and then calling river or reevaluating.I ended up folding the river here. Villain showed 86o for a bluff. At least this hand took place a few hands later with same villain....Absolute Poker No-Limit Hold'em, $0.25 BB (6 handed) Absolute-Poker Converter Tool from FlopTurnRiver.com (Format: FlopTurnRiver)UTG ($8.80)Hero ($21.83)CO ($39.55)Button ($18.17)SB ($34.29)BB ($54.02)Preflop: Hero is MP with 6, 6. 1 fold, Hero raises to $1, 3 folds, BB calls $0.75.Flop: ($2.10) 4, A, 6(2 players)BB checks, Hero bets $1.5, BB calls $1.50.Turn: ($5.10) 3(2 players)BB checks, Hero bets $3.75, BB calls $3.75.River: ($12.60) 7(2 players)BB bets $0.75, Hero raises to $15.58, BB calls $14.83.Final Pot: $43.76Results in white below: BB has 2d Ac (one pair, aces).
