Yes, boss. And Grizzle is annoying as shit, not to mention a broke scumbag who acts like he has done something, when in fact, he's done nothing.
you know you're a broke scumbag when you say....."At least I got a FREE bag of beef jerkey out of this thing"J

Also pretty cringe-worthy when he keeps coming over to Marianela while the other players are having their exit interview, and talking for them. He just can't not be the center of attention for one minute.

I just think its rediculosu that when Sheiky is up in chips and winning every pot, Hellmuth treats him like a piece of crap, tells him how bad he is, and goes off on him. Then, Hellmuth wins a bunch of pots, becomes chip leader, and all of a sudden starts being nicer to Sheiky, jokes with him and actually treats him like another human being. He then loses them back and goes back into the tirade.I could bet him that out of 20 top professionals you cant find 2 that change how they talk about and treat their oppenent based on chip count. What a ****ing douche.

He needs to be evaluated for split personality disorder. He went from ballistic to giddy to ballistic in just a few hands. And Sheiky or not, I would not sit there and tell me that I didn't deserve to be in the tourney, that I"m an idiot, that I don't know how to play poker, that he doesn't know how I've made it this far......blah, blah, blah. 11 bracelets does not earn him the right to be a complete and total ass and disrespect his fellow players like that. He shoulda got tossed BEFORE it got to heads up.
didnt read this before my post, but i completely agree obv.

And he had the nerve to try to explain etiquette to Belande!!! He's unprofessional and disrespectful and that attitude certainly doesn't gain him any fans. And again, if I had been Sheiky and he interupted my exit interview, I'd have had to punch him right in his botox pumped up mouth!NOTE TO PHIL: Sit down, shut up and learn some manners!

Marienella resents you not giving her a shout out if you are using the term "botox". :club:

so...when grizzle flipped his cards faceup under his hand (A9 or AT, i believe), then mucked preflop, then said "oops" like it was a mistake, then nbc showed a replay...what was the point?
They were trying to point out that he mucked face up on purpose

QFT-nobody wants to hear your opinion on the hand....go back to the table and shut your mouth.

I can't believe that Sheiky sat there and took it....11 bracelets or not I would have told him to fuk off. I'm sick of hearing all these other pros talk about how different he is away from the table....I don't really care how nice you are away from the table, b/c you're a completely disrespectful d-bag at the table.

ahahah i laughed at this thread so much......all these people arguing about etiquette. This forum produces some of the dumbest people in the world.JRB was wrong about poker etiquette, Phil was right....everyone at the table agreed xept JRB. When someone says "you've got it", its etiquette to show your hand and let them muck, but by the rules you can make them show, its just considered rude.People who argue against this clearly havn't played a proper game of live poker, maybe some amateur games at the casino where everyone violates etiquette.I am willing to side bet up to $100 with someone in this thread that phil wins the bet and JRB can't get 2 pros to agree with him, assuming we find out who wins the bet.Anyway i think that was one of the lowest quality heads up battles i've ever seen at the end, they both played horribly. And phil was a tool, dummy spat for losing afew pots in a row and started barratting him for no reason, sheiky was playing well. Phil almost blew up and started abusing him for hitting a flush with the 4th spade, but he didnt even have the flush, he made a good bluff. I cringed watching that.

I'm on your side of this argument, and you're still an idiot. When someone like Looshle takes the other side try A) Not insulting the entire forum and2) At least acknowledging the fact that part of your argument is/may be flawedYou will find yourself learning a lot more...unless of course you play/beat games Looshle does and I'm not aware?

After watching the whole week, it KILLS me how Phil ALWAYS complains about others playing bad/sucking out on him/etc., but he's sucked out almost every big pot he's played on PAD. If you're going to act like he does, then criticize your own play, too./rant
It seems to me that whenever he gets lucky he always makes sure to say that the other preson deserved to win the pot. He fully admits that he is a horrible loser but a gracious winner. It doesn't make it ok but he does at least realize it. His first win he definitely got lucky but I dont see where he got "that" lucky on the second one. The hand against Bellande where he had the worse ace almost anyone would have gotten the chips in. He still would have had a decent amount left had he lost too. He got lucky against Sheikan with the A4 vs KK and Q2 vs AJ but there was basically no play left at that point and neither play was bad. It could have been over earlier anyway if Phil's 77 held up against Q9.

I just want to point out that just because something is proper doesn't necessarily mean any other way of handling a situation makes it poor. Yes I understand that 99.9% of people flip their hands over when someone else says "you win" but that doesn't mean following the rules is poor etiquette.
