custom36 5
American Dad's ok. It's certainly no family guy, but it's bearable.
cb04 0
it was quite humerous, same style of comedy it was nice just to have new material to laugh at..And yes, American Dad does suck, maybe it will grow on me or something.
Mattnxtc 0
I think that american dad was just made as a tamed down version of family guy so he seth could get something on the air. Its not near as risky a show as family guy is
MDawg198 0
American Dad was actually pretty funny. It had a lot of good jokes, and it'll only get better.
Guest Anonymous
Funniest part was the Geppetto and Pinocchio scene.
pdaconq9 0
Funniest part was the Geppetto and Pinocchio scene.Definitely. The opening sequence was pretty good too.As for American Dad, the only thing I thought was funny was the camcorder room in the Asian kid's house.
mbreon 0
Family Guy was hilarious. Glad to finally see some new episodes on the air. Can't believe how hard they ripped on Fox at the beginning. Well deserved shot though.American Dad, however, not so funny. Granted only two episodes have aired, but I can't remember laughing at anything in either of them. How long do you think this show will make it?

Petoria 0
The insinuation that Mel Gibson was a Nazi, that whores can't see things unless they are moving, the heads on Mt. Rushmore discussing that a chick was getting nailed on Washington's head, "The Passion of the Christ 2: Crucify this", all these and more were classic moments in the history of television. 314HxC 0
American Dad probably won't make it. The characters just aren't likeable. The son is pretty much Neal Goldman who no one likes anyway. The Alien is an unfunny Brian. The goldfish is an unfunny Stewie with that annoying German thing going on. And the dad is just making fun of republicans. But there are only so many conservative jokes you can make, and the average cartoon watcher may not be up on his politics to understand them all anyhow.
KDawgCometh 2
how on earth are people forgetting the homage to Blues brothers in there on Family Guy. That one had me on my ass laughing like no tommorrow

ebbik 0
I saw the episode a week ago, and now i can talk about it. Anyway, for it's triumphant return I think it did just fine. It's legend grew and everybody was expecting a lot, and I think it had all the little gems it needed to fit in with the rest of the series. As for American Dad, I thought it was alright. It's not the same so we shouldn't expect the same. It's what Futurama is to the Simpsons. It'll grow on its own, and although it won't live on as long it'll find its way into our hearts. I can't wait until next weekend.

Petoria 0
Just when you think they're going to miss a pedophilia joke, BAM, there it is.
CobaltBlue 662
It's what Futurama is to the Simpsons.I know that it's blasphemy to say this, but I actually like Futurama better than the Simpsons. Don't get me wrong...The Simpsons is a great show. I just really liked the variety/setting/characters of Futurama. And I have to agree about the American Dad characters...the only really compelling one is the dad.I feel like a lot of people probably missed one of the biggest references in this week's Family Guy - North by Northwest. They're definitely going out of their demographic on that one. =)
