On the button, I looked down at K,3off and figured I had to play.. and.. if I had to play, I had to raise, so, I made my standard PF raise to $8 (1/2 NL 100 max). The flop was a beautiful, A,q,10 :-). Checked to me, I bet pot-sized and my gutshot straight-draw appeared to be best because they all folded :-) Link to post Share on other sites

WAKE UP PEOPLE, IT'S KING FREAKING 3!!Good result in the tourny though... and on a side note, how did you do in that satellite tourney you were in a few weeks ago? I don't remember seeing a result. I got distracted, did a stupid call and then it was downhill from there. Oh well.One thing I have learned is that no one can be home and I have to shut off the phone if I am going to play a larger tournament where the stakes are higher. Good news is that I played a small side game tournament on tuesday night and won it. I played a home tournament on Friday night, came in 6th, got my entry fee back, played a cash game and made $150 in it. Not a great week but not a bad week. Spent all of my winnings at Target and the mall. Actually... shopping... it was a great week! Link to post Share on other sites

mrdannyg 274 Posted May 2, 2005 Share Posted May 2, 2005 i am not an expert in this matter, but i believe you are only allowed to do the pinch pinch dance if you raise with krablar.and for the pointer-out of the obvious, k3 is of course a crap hand, but if you're looking to play one hand weird as 'advertising', why not k3 for a good laugh. and the pinch pinch dance is good exercise.
