Roo6339 0
Let's see... I don't have a read on MP2 except that I haven't really noticed him 'til now. From memory, he was 25/5 after about 35 hands. (I closed the table by accident before recording the stats). CO is a passive calling station. He was 84/4 after about 40 hands. If he made any pair he was seeing the river. He'd call just about any amount of bets pre-flop too. Now the hand.PokerStars 0.25/0.50 Hold'em (10 handed) Poker-Stars Converter Tool from FlopTurnRiver.com (Format: FlopTurnRiver)Preflop: Hero is UTG+1 with 9, 9. 1 fold, Hero raises, 2 folds, MP2 3-bets, 1 fold, CO calls, 3 folds, Hero calls.Flop: (10.40 SB) 6, T, 5(3 players)Hero checks, MP2 bets, CO calls, Hero raises, MP2 calls, CO calls.Turn: (8.20 BB) 3(3 players)Hero bets, MP2 folds, CO calls.River: (10.20 BB) 4(2 players)Hero bets, CO calls.Final Pot: 12.20 BBC/r the flop good, or should I have just led out? After MP2 folds I'm going for value with CO still in the hand.
KoRnholio 2
Looks good. Leading out could well result in MP2 raising and forcing out the fishy.
Zach6668 513
River bet is definitely questionable. What range do we have CO on? What portion of that range does he call with on the river? Of the hands that call, what the heck can we beat? Of the hands we beat, will be bluff or v-bet the river if we check to him? etc.
Roo6339 0
His range is any pair to a straight. Of the hands he calls with, I beat any pair except 10s (which I believe he would have raised with). Anything that beats me he would have raised. I guess I should have checked with the four-straight on the board though regardless of who I'm versing.
Zach6668 513
He's still calling you on the river with 85o?
Roo6339 0
He would, yes. We had a similar hand. I had KQ in the small blind. Everyone folds to him, he limps. Folds to me, I raise. BB folds, he calls. So it's me and him heads up. Flop comes Q83 rainbow. I bet, he calls. Turn is a 9. I bet, he calls. River is a J. I bet, he calls. I show my KQ, he mucked 86o. God bless instant hand history lol.

Actuary 3
well played against loose playerIt felt good to get MP2 to fold his overcards on the turn, yes?
craiger 0
I love the check raise on the flop. IMO a ten is the only thing you are worried about here.

When he just called the flop I let out a little internal cheer. Making plays that actually work feels so good hehe.
