kers2 0
Smackdown is HHH, Hardy, MVP, Brian Kendrick, and Shelton Benjamin. It is pretty obvious HHH is going to win this one, I don't see any chance of him losing this match. Very predictable. There is only one man who can win this match, and its not Triple H
showstopper24 0
There is only one man who can win this match, and its not Triple HFor some reason, I don't think WWE is ready to have him be the face of the company. I would love to see Shelton win but I would also be happy with Hardy.
showstopper24 0
Unforgiven look sweet. HBK vs. Jericho, the two title matches, Cryme Tyme...it sucks that Cena's hurt but everything else looks great...AND I'M NOT GOING EVEN THOUGH IT'S IN CLEVELAND! I was able to get $250 seats which would be second row and in the center and I would've done that in a second but none of my other friends wanted to pay that much and I don't want to go alone. Then there are 25 dollar seats but they're so bad that it's not even worth going...it'd be better to watch it at home.

mrpaddyx 13
For some reason, I don't think WWE is ready to have him be the face of the company. I would love to see Shelton win but I would also be happy with Hardy.I really rate Shelton Benjamin but there is now way he is winning this. He has been treated like a jobber for so long no-body will treat him as a "player" for a long while. Matt Hardy is just a gloryfied jobber to the stars, ditto Brian Kendrick. MVP isn't quite there yet, although I can see him winning an "interim" title during the match.
showstopper24 0
Unforvien was OK. Nothing too good but it wasn't that bad.Hardy vs. Henry vs. the miz vs. chavo vs finlay for the ECW title. Hardy won, which is good, but I'm really getting bored of ECW.Cryme Tyme vs. Dibiase and Rhodes-Cryme Tyme lost, which sucks because they would be hilarious as the champions.HBK vs. Jericho-this was the best match by far. It was good, and then Lance Cade came to help Jericho which sucked, but HBK eventually kicked both their asses. He beat Jericho so bad that the ref called the match.HHH vs. Brian Kendrick vs. MVP vs. Shelton vs. Hardy-I wanted Hardy to win, cuz he would be a great champion and he was the champion for a lot of the match but HHH got a pin with about two seconds left to steal the title. It sucked.Maryse vs. Michelle McCool-these two are very hot and Michelle won.CM Punk got his butt kicked so he couldn't wrestle and Big Show beat up Taker. So the last match was Jericho vs. Batista vs. Kane, vs. JBL vs. Rey-Jericho won it at the last second which sucks because HBK knocked him out earlier. CardWarfare 4
If you don't think she is a great wrestler, which woman do you think is?Mickie was better than Trish when she arrived, and has only gotten better.Beth Phoenix is at the point where she could compete in the men's division a la Chyna when she appeared in the Royal RumbleI don't watch Smackdown because I'm usually at work or drinking, but Natalya Neidhart is nasty. I've see her in action a couple times in reruns and online clips, and she is probably the best female wrestler in the WWE right now.Her ass looks better now.Yes. Yes it does.Side note- I seriously hope people are as excited about this "Priceless" faction as I am. Evolution was possibly my favorite WWE faction of all time (very close call between them and the original DX) and I am also a huge Randy Orton fan. The idea of a stable comprised of exclusively 2nd and 3rd generation, young talent is probably the best idea that the WWE has come up with in a long time.I like that they're taking their time with developing it, with Cody Rhodes, DiBiase and Manu trying to "impress" Orton by doing a lot of his dirty work, etc. It would've been ok if they jumped right into being a faction, but I like that they're taking their time with developing a storyline behind it. Hopefully this means the faction will be together a while, because I think it would do a lot for Raw - 1- Liven up the tag division. Having DiBiase and Rhodes win the tag gold as a part of a faction would add to the competition and attention. A dominant heel tag team could easily garner some decent competition, and the addition of Orton would make for some good 6 man tag matches, which will also help draw more attention to a respirator-supported tag team division.2- Liven up the feuds- The idea of Orton holding the WHC, Manu holding the IC belt, and Rhodes and DiBi holding the Tag belts would allow for more mix and matching and the opportunity to get some of the younger talent over with the fans. 3- More face alliances - Everyone loves these, and even if they don't last, alliances between people like Batista, CM Punk, Cena (when he returns) would sell hugeThe other addition to the faction that would be a great idea would be the aforementioned Nattie Neidhart. She is a legit female to have in the group, and then the faction would have a hold on every division in the business. This storyline is essentially the only reason I've been excited for Raw every week.
fjl2nd 0
I am not a big fan of Raw lately. I have always been a Smackdown guy. However, I like Jericho as champ and Randy Orton is great in anything he does. I still HATE batista and rey meysterio. The Kane/Rey angle really was a bust but I think that is due to the John Cena injury really.I think Smackdown has much better wrestlers. I just hate how MVP keeps jobbing to everyone on the damn show. He should have walked out champ at Unforgiven but instead he did nothing and got pinned twice. HHH needs to give up the strap already! EDGE needs to come back soon! Hopefully, he will come back Oct. 3rd when Smackdown moves to MyTV. Also announced for smackdown that night is champion vs champion vs champion - HHH vs Jericho vs Matt Hardy. Looking to be a great match.

I have a theory, that originally before it was Rey's mask in Kane's bag, it was Kane's old mask and he was going to fight himself like he did a year ago or so. And I agree that Edge needs to come back-he is one of the greatest entertainers of the generation.Foley just flopped over to TNA. Not a huge deal but I thought ti was suprising. Is he gettin back in the ring?I don't know if he 'just' debuted but he didn't 'just' flop over to TNA. It's been public for a couple of months.

Do you guys think the fan vote actually matters for Cyber Sunday or is it just a way for them to make money off the text charges? Also Smackdown hasnt been on for like three weeks in a row now. did they switch stations or something, I used to get it on the station i get out of New York CW or whatever it is. I cant see any titles changing hands or anything really of note happening at the PPV. WWE has way too many PPV's also I feel. Put one on every 2 months, then the storylines could have more time to play out. A lot of PPV "feuds" seem rushed to me.And yea Smackdown is on MyNetworkTV now. You really dont remember seeing anything about the move? I feel like I heard it every week on WWE TV for like a month straight
magnus72 0
No I havent really watched a whole lot since football season started and Heroes started up again so thats where I missed it. So is there a way to get this channel? I have Dish Network and saw that it was on a different channel last Friday but Im not sure I want to upgrade my package just for that, I already have America's top 250 you would think Smackdown would be on one of those channels. gatortom64 1
Source: MMAmania.comEarlier today Daniel reported the news that Bobby Lashley's December MMA debut was in jeopardy because the company he is signed to (American Fight League) announced it is ceasing operations until the first quarter of 2009. Local radio ads running in Miami, Florida are now advertising Bobby Lashley will compete in his first official MMA bout on December 13th at an event promoted by Mixed Fight Alliance called "There Will Be Blood." The show will take place at the American Airlines Arena in Miami. No opponent has been announced yet. Lashley signed a two-fight deal with an option for a third earlier this year, but like most of the other fighters under contract with the fledgling AFL promotion, he still has the freedom to fight in other organizations so long as it doesn’t interfere with any AFL obligations. CardWarfare 4
side note because i havent been on here in a bit- RKO's new tats look sickAlso, I didn't care about lashley whatsoever in WWE, and I don't watch MMA, but I hated brock lesnar too so i guess its fitting that all the superstars that bore the christ out of me go there.CM punk= you're next. LJB723 0
Seeing as this thread was bumped I think I'll chime in with:I met Arn Anderson in a casino as the WWE were inbetween shows in Britain. Also saw Randy Orton playing blackjack - he highfived a guy at his table and almost broke the guys wrist. Mickie James, Candice Michelle and Rey Mysterio were also there but had "minders". Ftr Arn was very nice considering how drunk I was. He should have told me to piss off the first time I said, "The Four Horsemen ruled!"

LJB723 0
Heh, if I could have got near them I would! I (apparently) told my friend I was going to propose to Mickie, but there was no danger of that. Surrounded by brutes. I'm pretty sure Orton can handle himself so he was content to just play blackjack and as the table was full I didn't feel like being a railbird.Pretty surreal though, the last thing I expected in our little casino were WWE stars.
