And had this thread been an obituary about The Stein crashing and killing himself, there would be a lot of: Don't drive loaded cause this is what happens. Maybe you should be thinking of how much you have to lose.

I think the thing I love most about this story is that in Alabama there are deer hunters right along the freeway. I really love Alabama, driven through it a few times. And had this thread been an obituary about The Stein crashing and killing himself, there would be a lot of: Don't drive loaded cause this is what happens. Maybe you should be thinking of how much you have to lose. And you drive a Mazda?Wanna know how I know you were stoned when you went car shopping? Man up dude.
BLAHI hate responding again...I know what happened to me was a huge combination of getting really lucky (no one hurt, getting arrested etc WHICH I AM VERY THANKFUL FOR) and getting really unlucky (didn't have to spin out first place, seatbelt ticket, pulled over 2nd time etc)Also let me make this perfectly clear, me being high and driving is safer then a sober person talking on the phone while driving, I can absolutely promise you this. ...and I wasn't in Alabama, pretty sure it was still Florida, and the deerhunter/deersniper thing was most likely bullshit, some ******* probably just saw me and called the cops. Oh and the mazda comment is kinda rude, my mazda is 100x cooler then your balloon!

Let me be perfectly clear. Being High while driving IS going to impair your capabilities and judgement. Being NOT high and driving is safer than being high while driving. I can absloutely promise you this.Quit rationalizing.

Yes.I've driven Drunk too.Just because I am here to tell about it, doesn't mean I recommend it.I wasn't there, but I am willing to make some assumptions. At the very least making the decision to get behind the wheel when too tired is a poor decision that could have been affected by being high, not to mention the fact that I have seen people drift off when high sometimes in midsentence - all the time thinking they were actually focusing BETTER because of the drug.Spend some time with people who are high when you're stone cold sober and tell me they're ready to handle a two ton vehicle moving @ 90 mph after being up for 24 hours or that the drug isn't altering their behavior - isn't that sort of the point of the drug in the first place? When the OP spun out @ 90 mph and wound up in the median of the Interstate, he became a Public Saftey issue and the Police are obligated to investigate. Especially if he is reeking of weed.

make that 1000xs
It's not worth anything lol, if anything it questions your own manliness; or maybe your wife's for this matter. Also, I wasn't going to say anything else but I will make 2 more points, after this you can think whatever you want I don't care. 1. Maybe if I haven't smoked for a few months, or even a week, I would say my judgment may be impaired because I am high. But when I've been stayin' high for the last 2 weeks it would probably be more weird to be sober.2. I would absolutely never ever drive if I think that there is even the slightest chance of jeopardizing someone else's life. I really did not think it was even possible to doze off a little bit behind the wheel.Oh and I did play some poker, no thoughts on the hands guys?

1) On the hand where you had 5-3, you seemed like you were upset that you made the "wrong" call. Results based thinking? Over half your stack was already in the center, and though I have watched you personally grind a short stack better than most internet MTT specialists, I don't think with a live structure (seeing so few hands) you would want to sit there at that point, considering his range.2) It seemed like you were playing with moderately competent opponents, I'd say the guy with the 55's full owned you pretty hard. How would you say the experience was there?3) What is your revelation regarding live poker tournaments?4) Why do you leave immediately after taking a huge loss? I have several friends who do this as well, and I always argue with them about the +/- EV of making such a move. I really don't tilt, so I'm guessing the -EV of you tilting negates the potential +EV of the game?

1. This might be true thanks, did feel like I would be right there at least half the time. 2. lol yea probably, I was still tilting and spewing every pot, that tourney was a lost cause =(4. I don't believe in rushes really, but I do think that there is a lot of momentum in the game. Sometimes when things go bad, they go really bad so I just figure to come back another day. Also while I might not blatantly tilt, there is definitely subtle tilt, especially live. Edit: LOL

Good point. I guess I can tell myself I don't tilt, but subtely, I probably do and am probably not being honest if I don't admit that to myself. And dude, you can't just skip #3.
