Most of the sags i've played in people get so tight around the bubble that i'll raise with almost any two on the button.

craiger 0
If you push here, you'll prolly steal the blinds like 80% of the time...people are tight on the bubble right? But you could argue either way...push, limp, or raise to 1200. If you limp, chances are both blinds will want a cheap flop too. And if you miss your set and there is action in front of you on the flop, you can get away from your hand cheap.

jmbreslin 0
Pushing or folding are the only 2 legit options here. We're not as deep as we look. My M is less than 7, and 55 is not a hand I want to be playing postflop if I can avoid it. Oh, and this is a $3.40 turbo so people aren't as tight on the bubble as they should be. Sheiky 0
Stack sizes are even which is more reason for pushing.I would push, it may seem weird pushing 55 when your M is above 5 but turbo SNGs require you to make un-conventional plays to stay alive.
jmbreslin 0
Stack sizes are even which is more reason for pushing.Interesting, I would have thought the opposite. We all have an almost equal shot at first place, so wouldn't that support taking fewer chances on the bubble? Busting out on the bubble when you're the shortie is one thing, but busting out when the stacks are like this would be painful.
Sheiky 0
The thing is though, everybody's going to be thinking the same thing. When the stack sizes are equal, i normaly don't take them into account when thinking about a bubble decision and just consider M ratios. If you double up, you have big chip advantage, winning the blinds is your main aim though and i think you'll definitely win them a lot to make this possible. potatoman 0
I think it's close, but it's probably a shove. I probably fold/raise a lot of the time here in a regular sng, but this is a turbo.Raising to 1200, then folding to a shove seems a little weak in a turbo and considering our position (the blinds are coming around again soon). Yes, we get to avoid overpair confrontations, but I don't want to fold to AK/AQ either. Plus we might be able to fold some overpairs with a shove. I also don't want to see a flop. Folding is alright. I don't think we're in horrible shape yet and we may find a better spot or watch someone else bust out first.

Jam-Fly 8
Easy pushThis is a push 100% of the time. I'm pretty sure the BB has to fold hands as strong as 77 or AT here. Easy Push

Busting out on the bubble when you're the shortie is one thing, but busting out when the stacks are like this would be painful. It means the people calling need to take fewer chances and tighten up, you can still shove a fair amount of hands. And if you shove here then happen to pick up an AJ or something next hand you can shove again and gain a pretty good lead on the rest of the table, and you can start shoving like a maniac.
