I haven't been in these threads for a bit.. here goes.. For November:Can't get the graph to post but i made $4300 in 12k hands I didn't play as many hands as I'd like to.. I also played two of the Trump Classic events so far. I was out of the first one in about an hour and then bubbled the second one. For december my goals are:Play 25k handsWin at least 5kPlay my best in the remaining Trump Classic events and Harrah's WSOP events if I play any of those.Convince Jordan to come to ACGood luck all

I edited my official tally for November into my first post, but I'd like to add a new, more precise goal for December here. After November, my total profit for the year to date is $34,886.15.So, my goal for December is going to be pretty simple. I'm just going to try to make it to $40,000 for the year. I think that's a pretty solid income for a first year pro. It's definitely comparable, and probably better than anything I could have made, even with my degree, at this point.

Alright so November sucked I was running bad not really playing the greatest. I lost $200 over 4k hands. I will post a graph later.Anywho I am going to go over to Absolute and give some bonus whoring a chance to try to get my bankroll up to 5k before April. I still have some money on Fulltilt and Pokerstars to play some big tourneys.

My November goals were to play 300 turbo sitngos starting with 3.40s and moving up to 6.50s and profit 250. I ended up doing much better than that playing 322 3.40's winning just over 500 bucks. I decided not to move up because these are so soft and I love winning more than I need the money even though the 6.50s really should be about the same, meh.Onto December my goals are:350 turbo sitngos, 3.40 or 6.50 probably mainly the former, we'll see400 profit from sitngosTry to mix in some tourneys or small O8 cash games, maybe even the NL form since Jamie is showing how soft the games are even above my level.

November goal is to profit +600. I also want to keep working out on a regular basis.
after being +878 after the first two weeks of November I hit a rough patch that started with the tournament series on Thanksgiving weekend. I ended the month +248 and I've never been more disgusted with showing a profit. I'm misplaying a couple of hands but mostly not finding myself in those key situations. It's only 5 losing sessions in a row so its not too terrible and I've suffered worse but meh, its not fun either. I took a week break before the tournament series just so I could play well...that was time not well spent.I did make my goal of working out on a regular basis.I started an online bankroll this month and have been 3 tabling stud/stud hilow/.5 .10 nl so far I'm doing well.December Goals-profit 600 liveprofit anything onlinekeep working out on a regular basisget blufferdave to work out

I won the $15 I needed to move up to .25/.50 in only 1300 hands between last night and this morning. Actually, I played 1050 hands last night and won $1.29. This morning I ran like god for 238 hands and won $14.71 at .10/.20 on Stars, which is something sick like 31BB/100. I actually went on positive tilt from running too good and started worrying about losing some of it, but I recognized the potential mood swing and quit the game. I'll be back later in the evening to start playing .25/.50. Hopefully I can sniff out .50/1 by January, at which point I should really start playing on a site with rakeback and bonuses.

Once exams are over I'm getting down and dirty with poker this month. I had to withdraw a big portion of my roll to deal with real life crap so december I'm going to grind it out as much as I can with the (somewhat lofty) goal of reaching $1k (from my current $80) by the end of the month. I intend to devote a total of 120 hours over the month to building my bankroll split evenly between 10NL and STTs (Starting with $3.4s, moving up to $6.5s and $16s whenever I have over 30 buyins, and dropping back down whenever I drop below 30). 6-tabling, that means about 20k hands and 700 STTs. This should get me to around the $1000 mark easily, assuming I have the discipline to actually put in all of those hours (and don't waste too much of it on MTTs).

Kind of hard to set any goals when you have no money so Dec goals - Get stakes, win with stake, build up poker monopoly and don't become a depressive tilt head if/when i have a losing session. And stop sucking at poker, that would really help.

November was nice. I probably profited about 1500 or so... friday night i played the 30$ deepstack at like 11pm. up till 6 am and i TID plus 1100 but the tourny ended on dec. 1st so i dont know whether to credit it toward dec or nov. those deepstacks are hella fun, plays like a cash game where i am most at home yet you have the tourny donks who have no clue on the flop and beyond for the most part. i dominated the FT which felt pretty good. so this month i am going to be 4 tabling 200NL fullring and seeing where i can get with that. gonna play quite a few tournies cuz i feel i am still due for a big score. almost had a biggy in the 50/50 a week ago but alas 26 and no better. want to make 2k or more this month and end the year strong. maybe i can really get something going this month and qualify for the PS tourny that gives you 10 tourny entries and 40k but i haver a feeling that isnt realistic for a part time player like myself.. well happy pokeringPeace

I might go around the 13th, but I'm debating whether AC or Foxwoods would be more profitable. For me:Mostly intending to focus on live cash game play, with online play coming from stakes, so no set hands goal.Looking at minimum profit 1k, which would probably be easiest at Foxwoods because of the 5/10 Stud game.Might play NLHE if I do really well, but I'll primarily be sticking with Limit games.

November - Lost my shitty job around the middle of the month. Started playing 2-4 lhe live at the casino daily. Playing a very very soft game and got situated for December.December - Bankroll as it stands at the start of the month is 150 big bets for the 2-4 game. Living expenses are taken care of for this month by the last two weeks worth of play.GOALS:3 hours a day - 20+ hours a week Reach 300 big bets at 2-4 ($1200) by two weeks and move up to 3-6 with at least 250 big bets ($1500) by January. The next week will be dangerous with such a small bankroll, but I am playing perfectly fine .....and the game is so freaking soft!!!!!

It finally happened, I made my first deposit ever to a poker site.I told myself I would never do it, but I just got tired of grinding the micros.I was doing well on my return to Poker back in Sept, but I got impatient in Nov and moved up well outside my BR. I lost pretty much all my previous month's gains in about 2 hours. I was running really bad at $25nl, made a really good decision to chase my losses in $100nl with only $140 in my account. Hit two pair holding 76s in the SB when I called an UTG preflop, standard raise. I checked the flop (762 rainbow), UTG raised, I re-raised 3x, he pushed, I called. He flips over JJ for an over pair, he goes runner, runner for a flush. Bad beat for sure, but it serves me right for playing stakes I shouldn't be.So, I'm reduced to under $5 again, and start to grind limit 0.02/0.04. I have to say, I enjoy limit. I gave it a shot before, but didn't really know much about it. I did alot of reading over the last 6-8 months about limit and I'm going to give it a shot.I deposited $100 on Nov 23, and set myself some standard BR quidelines (300 BB), and move up as my BR grows. I'll also be playing some SnG's because they are my vice, as well as some other micro tournies/sats. And, I intend to pay myself back the $100 deposit as soon as I can. I now that sounds weird, but I promised my wife that I would not spend any money on this.Well, I'm happy to say, I've paid the $100 back as of yesterday. limit is my new fav, and my SnG results are continuing to be good. My BR was up to about $270 yesterday and I decided to give a double shoot-out to the Sunday Million a shot. I loaded up two of them and won a seat in one. I would love to play this tourney again, but with only $265 (plus the $215 T$) in my account I felt it was much better served to sell my seat and take the cash. So, I sold my seat for $208.55, which gave me $470 in my account. I made the cashout of $100 to pay back my "loan", and I now have $380.I've been blogging my results since I started. I'm doing so because I think it will help me stay on track. I've titled my blog "Building a BR, $100 to $1000". My results so far are extremely good, but I know I can achieve the $1000 BR because I've done it before. So, my goals for Dec: Continue to follow my BR guidelines and work hard at winning, building my BR, moving up as my BR allows.I would like to see my BR at $600 by the end of the month. That's a $220 gain for the month. I think that's very achievable, and might be a little conservative, but I don't want to push myself too much.Good luck everyone.

November started with me on a huge downswing - my BR went from $3500 down to $2300 playing $100 NL. But I caught fire at the end of the month and ended up at around $4400. A late swoon cost me my best month ever, but I was still very pleased with it all.My goals for December are to make sure I claim some kind of Ironman bonus on FT so I can claim the year-end bonus. I want to test the waters at $200 NL and end up at that level permanently. I also want to play a grand total of ZERO SnG's and MTT. I can't believe how much I suck at tournaments (my Sharkscope is pathetic). I've just got to stop and concentrate on the cash games. I'm blowing all of my profits on these stupid tournaments hoping for the big score.

Will December be better than November... hm. After 3 days i can already say YES :)November though was pretty tough. 50$ BR is what i started with early november. I did accumulate a lot of FPPs(about half the bonus) and i sort of broke even for November. I've been down to 25$ and up to 80$, but ended up with 50$. I have no idea exactly how many hands i played, but my feeling says around 10k. Game selection was a bit of NL Cash and a lot of 1$ SnGs.Can't wait for the rest of december :club:
