Napt, Scott Clements Runs So Good

Recommended Posts

2nd in chips. That dude always seems to make it deep into tourney's. 2 bracelet's in 2 years and he's already won a WPT event. I'd like to see him take this one down.
He pulled off a pretty sick bluff with 86 suited to gain about 500,000 chips, too.

He's also one of the nicest dudes alive...I've played with him a lot and I think he's one of the most underrated players there is in tournaments....total sicko. (I think he also has two circuit rings, maybe just one)John Little is another beast, I'm in awe of this guy. I've rarely played with him so I don't know what his deal is, but he's obv one of the best tourney players right now, right up there with JC Tran I think. This could be a good FT if Barry doesn't bubble again, it would be. Scotty Clements, Little, Action Jeff, Barry..Also, GG Roothlus, who posts here from time to time.....got 9th.

what a sicko 58. Cheryl Deleon raises to 45,000 and Scott Clements calls from the small blind. The flop comes Q94, Deleon bets 80,000, Clements raises to 175,000, and Deleon calls. The turn is the 9, Clements bets 300,000, and Deleon thinks for about a minute and then calls. The river is the K and Clements immediately announces all in. Deleon asks if he has her covered and gets her answer. Clements has 1,200,000 left and she has just under 1,000,000. She goes into the tank for five minutes repeatedly going over every hand that beats her.She finally mucks and Clements turns over a heartbreaking 86. She angrily slams the table and shouts an expletive, and Clements takes the huge pot, increasing his stack to more than 2.2 million.

Third for Scott Clements being a nice guy. I was playing with him in a tourney online, and there was a guy on the rail talking to him non-stop. Scott responded to a bunch of the questions and was perfectly nice the whole time even though the railbird was pretty weird. Also, he has 2 WSOP bracelets, not 2 rings.

Well, he has at least one circuit ring too, not sure about two.Add me to the 'if i was gay, i'd totaly be into Scott Clements' crowd. Incredibly nice guy online and off...if only someone could show him how to turn off caps lock online, he'd be flawless. Gooooo Scotty, gg Rooth.
